Hotel Ruczaj

놘 - Pretty much everything. First of all, the hotel does not take any security measures due to Covid-19. The staff does not wear masks, we were not even asked about vaccination (although we had it), we did not provide any documents (while everything was natural). Initially, we were settled in a room with a huge gap above the front door. It was evident that someone knocked out the lock. The hotel was practically empty. After we said this, we were moved to the next room. I personally got the impression that no one really tried to clean it up. A huge layer of dust on all surfaces, under the bed I found an empty plastic bottle, the bed linen was torn, the socket was half torn out of the wall. I also had to work a little as a cleaner for my own money. But it seems like they have already settled, the money has been paid, there is nowhere to go, they stayed. The breakfast was very modest, but we must pay tribute, at least it was taking into account the minimum number of guests. Soundproofing is completely absent. When the next day people were settled in the next room, we heard absolutely everything, respectively, they heard us too. The balcony is shared between several rooms, while smoking is allowed there. Not all non-smokers will like it. But the cherry on the cake was a little later. Circumstances have changed and we had to stay one more day. We decided not to change the hotel, so as not to create unnecessary problems for ourselves. My husband asked at the reception if this was possible. The answer was yes, but the payment was said to be made for some reason only the next day. And then the next day, when we wanted to pay, we were told that the hotel was fully (!!!) booked and we would need to move out! Silent scene .... Of course, we, thank God, moved to another hotel, an order of magnitude higher class and at the same price. It is a pity that we did not immediately book accommodation there. The Ruczaj Hotel is rubbish, which may have been a decent hotel at one time, but certainly not now.

Terrible hotel, old, dirty, decorated with very bad taste. It does not have curtains to protect from light, and the ones it does have are broken and old. Old mattresses that sink, dirty, dirty walls, doors that do not reach the ground. Aloj**** here ensures a very unpleasant experience. The photos on your website are at least twenty years old. The food is also very bad. The opinions are old like the rest of the hotel. Too bad Panavision includes it in its circuit, surely it only looks at the price.
