Hotel is in a good location. Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Breakfast could be improved on a little and the breakfast area is quite small. There is no elevator in the hotel so be aware if you have mobility issues. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

I booked to stay at the hotel for four nights over Xmas and New Year but sadly out flights were cancelled after being delayed for hours due to fog. I had paid in full. We were so upset and disappointed. I emailed the hotel and Malgorzata was fantastic. She said she could try to refund me if they could re-sell the room but I wasn't hopeful. However, I received an email the next morning to say she had sold the room and could refund most of our payment. She only charged us a small fee meaning we didn't lose all our money. Excellent customer service, so understanding and helpful, very friendly and we will definitely book here again. Highly recommend based on my experience of their service because they went above and beyond to help us.

We arrived early evening, and a beautiful reception we received when checking in. We dropped our suitcases in our double room en-suite, and found we had all we needed. We decided to go out for a pint and something to eat, and on the way out the door, the owner/ manager was at the door, what luck! A Sardinian, it just kept getting better! After a couple of friendly words we went and ate close by, and had a couple of pints, we stayed three days here, and we're back in Italy tonight(siamo Irlandese noi but truth be told, we miss the house and the guys!!! Complimenti ragazzi, Forza- Da Irlanda!!! ☘️

Nice hotel with big room close to the Cracow Old Town ,problem is no elevetor and no parking .The nearest parking is 200m from the hotel .The room was for three persons (3 beds) with no view outside (next building) but the room was very big . Highly recommend for the localization .

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Town, yet in a quiet part, without crowds and noise. The apartment room is very large, comfortable, clean. The breakfasts are fantastic - there is real coffee, everything is fresh and not made of powder! I recommend. Large bathroom (shower and bidet), clean - a hotel with soul

Excellent hotel, clean, exceptional staff, very close to the central market square, we stayed from 5 to 8 January 2024, two adults and 3 children gave us a room on the intimate floor rather than a room in an apartment, tidy, clean, warm, welcoming... recommended for those who want to go with their family, plus on the morning of departure set at 04:00 they prepared 5 bags for breakfast...

Hotel with a more than excellent location a stone's throw from the market square in the historic center of Krakow. Possibility to leave your luggage if the flight is not combined with the room check out time. Clean, welcoming staff and spacious rooms.
