Atlantic Aparthotel

4 nights stay in May 2025. NOT AT ALL the room showed on ******* so I was quite disappointed given that one of the reason I chose that hotel was for the layout of the room advertised; my room was ok and confortable. This hotel is great if you wish to use the gym facilities which are exceptional. Except that the noise is way to loud when classes are conducted with music but it was quiet after 9pm. This hotel is not ideal if you want to rest during the day or early evening. Very poor insonorisation; you hear everything from the room beside... 15 minutes walk to old city. Transit very close, 5-8 min walk on either side of the hotel. Couple of convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops around. Not suitable for family/young children, seniors, business trips but could be very ideal for gym-goers travellers. Poor internet sometimes. Frankly, this is a gym that offers rooms to rent and it should be advertised as such by *******.

This was a brilliant room and location for walking around Krakow easily . The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Wonderful and powerful shower too.

Please be careful if booking this, it is advertised as a hotel with 24hr gym. It is actually a 24hr gym open to residents of Krakow with hotel rooms around the edges. I was given a room on 1st floor I could hear the people playing squash even at 11.30 at night. There is no security stopping anyone walking in and going to the hotel rooms, there are receptionists but they do not constantly sit there so anyone can walk in. My friend and I booked 4 nights, she went through her 3rd room in two nights before she just flagged it and went to another hotel for the last two nights. My room was bad but not like the 3 rooms she went through. In my room there was hair in the sink plug hole, hair inc ***** and dust at the back of the toilet, they didn't turn the heating on for first couple of nights but when they did it was luke warm and went off in the evening, a single summer duvet for a queen size bed. They took the door off separating the downstairs squash court from the hotel rooms the smell was horrendous of sweat. Downstairs was where the communal coffee/tea area, empty water cooler but a jug of water next to the kettle. I could go on but this is not a 3 star hotel and it's not even a hotel it's a gym with hotel rooms, I booked through *********** they seem to be off that site now but the picture of the hotel they put on is not correct you can Google and see the real picture that it's a gym.

Did not serve bottled water as promised. The fare for pick up at the airport changed when the cab wanted 120 PLN instead of the 100 that was promised. There is no breakfast. Quite loud squash playing nearby. The room wasn't cleaned during our 3 night stay.

Clean and neat, friendly
