Very good location, in the center of Kazimierz. Nice service. Standard approx. The mattress could be more comfortable. I would book again

There is no elevator, but the waiter will help carry the suitcase to the room. The surrounding area is very convenient, there are supermarkets for daily necessities, Chinese restaurants, Japanese grocery stores, and you can walk to the central square and Wawel Castle.

For the price category absolutely worth staying here. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but completely adequate- clean with comfortable beds, aircon and en-suite. Just a little mention about the size of the shower....bit small so, if you are a bit of a larger person, maybe enquire if there are rooms with a shower over the bath. Location is central (in the Jewish Quarter). Easy walk to Old Town. Convenient 24/7 shop right outside the Hotel. Our room faced the street, this can be a bit noisy in the evenings. No problem for us but if you are a light sleeper, maybe request a room facing the courtyard. Very good breakfast served - Buffet with a wide choice. Additionally, you can order the choice of eggs from the kitchen. Coffee facility in the room with supplies for 1 morning. Maybe ask for extra. We can highly this no-frills Hotel for a pleasant base in Kracow

Recently stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is in a good location in the Jewish quarter with a 20 min walk to Rynek Główny. I booked 2 rooms a double and a single, the single room was located on the third floor which was a struggle upstairs for my 75year old Mother-in-law. Check in was easy and the lovely girl on reception was helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious with comfy beds. The curtains however were different lengths and part of the curtain hanging off which my husband had to hook back up. (Room 10) Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Another couple who were staying in the hotel had told us they had a packed lunch made up for a trip that day as they would have missed breakfast that am, I enquired with the blonde girl at reception but she said the kitchen is now closed so we can't arrange that (was 3 pm), I said the couple who had packed lunch had checked in at 10pm yesterday and were offered it??? She then said you are leaving too early, not the fact that the kitchen was closed. The kitchen was open when we left the next am for our trip. It was no big deal but if you do for one you should do for all. Would I stay here again, definitely!

This hotel is in a good location a bit tired but very clean the breakfast was good and the staff very helpful they put us a pack lunch up one day because our trip was an early start I would also recommend hello crackow they were brilliant they sorted our trips out and organised our airport transfers and quickly answered any of our questions

decent hotel in Jewish quarter. stayed in delux room with balcony nice for having a coffee or a beer.room needs attention curtains hanging of windows had to buy hair crimpers to keep them closed. breakfast fine but could be a lot warmer either sitting to long or bain-marie not warm enough also plates cold other than that no complaints.staff very helpful and pleasant

Hotel does a lovely breakfast, not in a bad position , we upgraded to a deluxe room with balcony, however would not class it as deluxe , walls were dirty, curtains hanging off there runners , very bland room in comparison to phots on website , balcony was nice though.

We stayed in a different hotel but our breakfast was provided by the Spatz. Our hotel said that they could supply us a choice of various breakfast boxes to be delivered to our room or that we could go to the Spatz (7 minute walk) and eat there. We thought that we would give it a go on the first morning to see what it was like. We were so impressed with the buffet style breakfast and everything that was on offer. Hot food and a full range of continental style were available and hot and cold drinks were aplenty. We would recommend the breakfast to anyone

We stayed here for a city break, so glad we did. Reception were extremely helpful, breakfast was good with a wide choice to set you up for the day. We had an early trip to Auschwitz and a packed breakfast was given to us upon request. Plac Nowy is around the corner with street food kiosks, and other eateries within walking distance. The castle is about 10 mins walk and the main square is just beyond. There is a courtyard just off the bar area where you can relax which is rare in city hotels. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Ideally located to explore Krakow old town and Jewish quarters- walkable distance. excellent restaurants nearby- also tram, bus and even the main train station- Glawny- is quite close by. More importantly staff at this hotel are one of the best I have seen. Reception team is always at hand and ready to help in whatever way they can. As it was our first trip to krakow they really helped us navigate the city, locate some of the places which even the google map was struggling to identify. Marzena and szymon at the reception were exceptional-always had a smile and no query was too much for them. Breakfast had variety and opening hours from 7-12 meant there was no rush to get there. Hotel itself is a bit dated and could do with updating but overall it was a nice experience and if we go back to this place once again it will be mainly due to the warm and friendly staff they have- which makes a huge difference to ones overall experience.
