Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow.
Easy to walk everywhere
The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early.
The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water.
Very good quality as well.
Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Great location. Staff all excellent. Breakfast fabulous. Rooms are stunning like an apartment. Mini bar great. The only 1 thing is that the bar was not open and does not sell pumped beer. But you could ask at the cafe for a drink and sit in lounge area.

A quaint, boutique hotel with wonderful old world charm. Very clean. 3 minute walk to main square, Krakow farmers market and other sites. Very accommodating staff.

The hotel decor was lovely. Rooms were larger than expected with a separate sitting area. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were really helpful. Loved the hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Our second stay at the Hotel Francuski. A elegant, charming hotel with character. Friendly and clean. Excellent service and food. Conveniently located for most of the main sites in Krakow and easy access to trams to visit others. An excellent place to stay.

What an awesome hotel. Perfect in every way. A real 5 star experience. I could not fault this hotel in any way. Beautiful surroundings complimented with the most polite and helpful staff. Would never stay anywhere else if visiting Krakow again.
