Modern hotel in great location with numerous amenities nearby . Helpful staff and nice rooms , beds etc Only downside is the lack of a communal space as the bar /restaurant is closed after breakfast so on return at any point only option is to return to your room which is quite limiting as groups can’t have a coffee or a drink and socialise .

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly perfect location fantastic rooms nothing is too much trouble highly recommended situated in a great central location fabulous clean comfortable rooms can’t wait for my next visit to this superb hotel

Very good location, in historic area, easy to get around the city and with many bars and restaurants around. Modern room,good size and very clean Tea/coffee in room. Good sized bathroom. Special thanks to the staff also Excellent choice in krakow for a city break

Clean and tidy hotel in a good location, staffed by friendly and helpful people. Special mention for Monica on the front desk, who was always smiling. The room is decent, if not compact, with an excellent shower. Cleanliness is obviously important. The price includes breakfast which was tasty. Will revisit Krakow and will stay here again.

Great location. About a 20 minute walk from the main square, but the hotel is also surrounded by a bunch of great food spots. We loved our room. It was very spacious, clean and well presented. The bed was also super comfortable. We sleep with separate duvets at home so appreciated the single duvets each. Staff also restocked our room amenities, e.g, tea / coffee / toilet roll / shampoo / shower gel, every day. Staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady who served us after a 4 hour flight delay due to weather conditions. We didn’t try the breakfast and unfortunately the restaurant was closed for our stay. We’d definitely stay again though, so perhaps we’ll try it next time! 😊

Good points... Great location in Jewish quarter, breakfast was pretty good, hot and cold options, room clean. Bad points ... Guy on reception desk was useless (guy with glasses), very rude although other staff members were pleasant, fold out bed was horrendous, so uncomfortable, 2 single beds very small with tiny quilts, hotel has a bar area which is only used for breakfast service so you can't have a drink in hotel. Wouldn't stay again, plenty of better options in Krakow.

We arrived on 6th October, had a really lovely 5 nights stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed in there. Staff were also amazing nothing was to much trouble for them. The breakfast was really delicious and had lots of variety. Its a good 15 minute walk to the old town, couldn't even complain about that. The whole stay and experience was amazing. Would definitely return to this hotel again
