I don't recommend it. Pictures were provided when booking the room, but when we moved in it was a completely different, much worse apartment. The beds are uncomfortable, you sleep like on a rock. When we was making booking they asked to paid for parking, and later it turned out that there is no parking with them and we need to buy it again at the parking lot 600 meters away. They never returned the money for the parking which they don't have also later they do not respond to many sended letters.

After a difficult start, I finally managed to book and stay at Otium Luxury Apartments. I had paid a deposit for a stay before COVID and they could no longer find my original booking or deposit. After many, many tiresome emails, it was finally sorted. The apartment was large and clean, as expected. It was good to have tea, coffee and sugar to use immediately. Dishwasher tabs were left for the dishwasher. The apartment is centrally located and in a quiet street. There is no lift in the building and the three flights of stairs made us very fit! If you want hot water, make sure to turn the boiler hot water and heating dials to their maximum setting. A note suggesting to do this would be useful... Otium booked my taxi to and from the airport.

Excellent accommodation for the price. The apartment was spotless and bed was comfy. Only small negative would be the floor was rather creaky, but it is an old building so to be expected. Location was great, we walked everywhere but tram stops were also only a short walk away. Communication from the hosts was excellent and felt like if we needed to we could reach out for assistance (not that this was needed). Overall, the perfect spot for a first visit to Krakow at an incredible price.

I booked a weekend stay in Otium Apartments via their website. I paid in advance and according to their policy I was allowed to cancel with 2 days notice and receive a full refund. Unfortunately I had to cancel, and I processed the cancellation 3 days prior to the arrival. OVER ONE MONTH LATER I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. I have spent the last month calling them, talking to receptionsts promising taking care of it, writing emails with no replies. Save yourself some time and book elsewhere.

Appartamento molto comodo, ben equipaggiato, perfetto per trascorre qualche giorno a Cracovia. Il palazzo è antico e non troppo ben tenuto ma gli appartamenti sono moderni e puliti. Non c'è ascensore,se avete valige pesanti prendete stanze al piano terra. È su una strada tranquilla e molto silenziosa.
