The building is is a nice location but the rooms are very dated and a bit rough. Carpet half way up the walls which was stained. Probably an ideal hotel for a group of young lads The breakfast is in the cafe across the road and was really nice.

Cozy room. Comfortable bathroom. Clean. Very nice service. A plus is the coffee available at the reception from a professional coffee machine. I recommend it.

The accommodations at this hotel are excellent. There were 4 of us and our room had two bedrooms! The street is very busy so it was noisy, but it didn't bother us at all! The reception staff was very attentive and polite, even though we didn't speak English! I would like to thank the boy at the reception, as we got the check-out date mixed up, and he was super patient while we waited for our things to be packed.

Super cozy rooms :) The only thing missing were teaspoons for the flat of tea, unfortunately they were not there. Besides, everything is great.

Absolutely shocking, looks nothing like the pictures. No air conditioning when it’s 29 degrees, all we are giving is a broken fan that gives off absolutely no air whatsoever. Booked another hotel as can’t stand being here any longer, it’s dirty and so run down, staff are very rude. Not to mention both me and my friend can not stop itching. Terrible. The only good thing is the location. DO NOT STAY HERE

I was very apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. We had a lovely large corner room with views overlooking the city, it was clean and tidy and we couldn’t have asked for more for what we paid. Great location and lovely staff. Don’t read the reviews and make your own opinion

This was booked as a xmas gift - 2 couples with some mobility challenges. Good location about 5/10 min walk to square - reception staff welcoming and helpful we changed our room to recently renovated room after having been booked into One of smaller rooms ( don’t book these unless used to hostel life ) - renovated room about same size as premier inn rooms have all you need really - ask for iron from reception. We were on 4th floor and granted had few drinks every night never heard trams nor were we woken by them. Note beds are low if you have mobility issues and dont use the lift if you’re claustrophobic as only really is big enough for 2 - no communal space but left luggage with reception in locked room. Its not our cup of tea tbh so wouldn’t return as prefer hotel but good value all rounder

The receptionist was very welcoming, the rooms were standard, you get what you pay for with a package holiday. Few marks around the room but didn’t affect our stay as we were out most of the time and rooms are very spacious. Only downside really is having to push 2 single beds together but again, wouldn’t stop us from re-visiting this hotel, would definitely come here again. A little noisy because the trams but it’s tolerable, thank you for having us :)

Checked out after 1 horrendous night due to having absolutely nowhere else to go in a foreign country • Run down • Dirty • Unprofessional • Unsafe • False advertisement It would be safer and cleaner to sleep on the street than to stay here! Checked into room where people were sleeping as we were given wrong set of keys! Dirty carpet, mattress and bathroom the list goes on…. No help or care from staff, response to walking into someone else’s room with room keys for said room was ‘oh maybe they (receptionist who checked us in) were tired’ and endless petty excuses with eye rolling, face pulling and absolutely no care at all from the staff member we spoke to. This hotel literally needs to be shut. After walking in on someone sleeping the anxiety was unbeatable me and my partner were wide awake all night and I was startled by any noise that was made, the locks on the door… what locks?? Your suitcase locks would do a better job. (If I didn’t have to in order to submit review I wouldn’t have clicked 1 star it would have been 0)

As soon as we entered there was this disgusting smell that wasn’t nice at all. Reception staff was rude. We arrived at our room and the shower had no hot water we was told it takes around 40 mins for this to heat up, not good when we both wanted to shower. The tv did not work at all. The room wasn’t clean at all. The location was brilliant literally 5-10 min walk from old town and city centre. I will not be staying here again!!
