Location is perfect. Really nice place just next to old town and town was pretty.
Hotel building can feel the history. Air conditioning working well. Room was clean and people is nice with delicious breakfast buffet. From 7:00am - 10:00am. And check out time is wonderful till 12:00pm.
But 1 thing, wifi connection is not good. This is hurting point.
Hope can be improved next time :)

Friendly staff and great location! I had a problem with the the door lock. It wouldn’t open with the key card. The front desk staff found some one to help me open it quickly.

Exceptional staff: All were so helpful and kind, but Cyprien stood out as one of the most exceptional reception staff I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. From someone who has stayed in hotels all over the world, he truly was wonderful and went over and above to help us on our visit to Krakow. Hotel is in a great position, being so close to everything and even the Chopin Concert, was only across the road. Thanks Cyprien, you really made our holiday .

I am just back from our stay at the Grande hotel, this was an excellent hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing. The porter couldn't do enough to help us and the reception staff were amazing. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again, also fantastic location 2 mins from the main square.

The receptionist had a personnal call and totaly ignore our presence. He did not even say a word to us. This establishment have 5 stars and it's innapropriate to have this kind of behavior. Moreover, I don't understand how you could have 5 stars with so much mistakes. No cleanliness tape on the top of the toilet. Two breaking glasses on the buffet for breakfast. The glass of the table between the armchairs room 53 is upside down. You don't even have a Cardex. And what could I say of the night staff ! Do they speak english ? We are really disapointed.

This hotel was marvelous. The rooms were immaculate, and the service was impeccable. Darius welcomed us to the hotel and was always available when we needed anything. He was the best and what a great employee for the Grand Hotel. He was a great representative for the Grand Hotel. Thank you Darius!

Lovely hotel, very easy to locate, stayed there for 5 nights, great experience, great location for experiencing krakow, great staff members, very friendly and chatty, would definitely recommend staying there if you're visiting krakow.

After reading the reviews we were a bit disappointed in hotel. Breakfast was just ok the supposedly hot food was only lukewarm. Nice size bedroom but overlooking air conditioning units. Shower was over the bath which made it difficult to get in or out of and no grab rail. Found staff were not overly friendly. Got back after a walk in evening to find nobody behind bar and couldn’t get a drink. Hotel was very clean though. Good location but wouldn’t return.

let me say few words about this hotel, one of the best in cracow, I was there twice and their hospitality is amazing. You can ask reception about everything and they will help imidietly. They booked us tickets to opera in no more than 15 minutes!! How did they do that ? I was so amazed. The breakfat made from traditional polish ingredients is a bleasing to your soul. You must visit them and theirf fabolous rooms.
