Cracow Central Aparthotel Reviews

Everything was good. The room is small but clean, bedsheets and towels white and clean, too. The location is perfect - next to the train and bus stations, and close to the Old Town with all these beautiful buildings. There is a cafe next to the hotel and the grocery shop across the street, and a large shopping mall in the other direction. From the window of our room we were able to see a nice church :) If I come to Krakow one more time, most of all I will choose this hotel again.

Everything was ok but leaking hand wash sink, no working tv and very uncomfortable bed. Other than that was ok.

Easy to find, nice location as it's seconds away from galaria krakowska (3 tier shopping center). The woman who checked us in was very nice and welcoming. We had 2 keys 1 key for the main front door and 1 key for the room which was a secured lock. The room wasn't too big but it was good enough for us to stay in pillows and bed was good also. The only thing I can think of was the double bed came with 2 single duvets however despite of this I would still book again

The location is very good. It's in the alley opposite Krakow Station. It's a 5-minute walk away. The room is cleaned every two days. The room is pretty good. Of course, it can't be directly compared with a hotel. After all, the price is different. The only drawback is the sound insulation. The effect is not good, you can hear the movement next door.

The location was easy to find, just a 3 minute walk from Krakow Station. I arrived in Krakow late at night, but was able to check in which was helpful. The room was very warm and I was able to wear only one thin layer of clothing. The bed was fluffy. In the bathroom, there was a bit of water leaking from the floor. The toiletries included shampoo. There is also a hair dryer. No toothbrushes or loungewear provided. We had breakfast at the cafe next door and it was delicious. One meal was 29 zlotys. The staff were very kind and communicated in slow English and with a translation app. I think it's enough unless you're looking for luxury.

The location was excellent. It was about a 1-minute walk from a large shopping center directly connected to Krakow Central Station. The security in front of the station was not bad, so even on the day I left the shopping center at around 9:30 p.m. after sunset, I didn't feel scared as a woman alone. There is a small supermarket right in front of the hotel. The construction noises that were mentioned in many reviews were not bothersome at all on a weekday at the end of July 2024. There was no sign of construction, so it seems that the construction had finished or they were on vacation. I occasionally heard noises and voices from the next room and the hallway, but it wasn't enough to bother me. The cleanliness level is not that clean by Japanese standards, but it was not unpleasant. The following were points that bothered me. ・There was no place to hang a bath towel after use (I hung it on the bathroom doorknob) ・There was no air conditioning, so I was able to sleep, but it was a bit hot. There was a large electric fan, but it was cold even when turned on at a low wind, so I didn't use it much. ・There is no elevator, so large suitcases have to be carried up the stairs

The room atmosphere is nice, but the counter is spoken in English, so you need to tell the TripAdvisor app that the lobby is in the corner of the building. Otherwise it's good

The hotel is very close to the train station, which is important for guests with large luggage. It is very convenient to walk to various attractions in the old city, and the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are very convenient.

Very satisfied. Very new and convenient location. Very close to the train station. The attitude of the service staff is also good.

Very good treatment by the aparthotel staff. We arrived at 1 am, and the reception is open 24 hours. As for breakfast, you have to choose the dish that you are going to choose every day and at what time you are going to have breakfast at the bar that is just below the hotel. The food was delicious.
