Difficult to find. Went to the wrong location and was only redirected to the correct location after calling the concierge. You have to open the lock outside the door to retrieve the key. I was told that I had to find my own luggage storage after checking out and it was problematic. Most hotels would have a luggage room, but this one apparently does not have.

The cleanliness and location are great, but even though we stayed for 3 nights, there were only 2 nights' worth of bath towels provided and there was not much toilet paper provided.
And what about the lack of a toilet paper holder?

This is an incredibly great apartment.
I chose the balcony room and it was a place I wanted to live in for a month. However, to get the key, you have to run into the apartment or call the phone yourself, but there was no such information, so I was very lost after arriving.
If I go to Krakow again, I will definitely stay here.
