A lovely hotel and smelt beautiful. Staff were great, breakfast amazing- so much choice and good to have main parts cooked and served to your table. Visited the central bar which was fun on Saturday night. Excellent location for walking around the whole of krakow. Bedroom was really lovely and bathroom was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel and would love to go back.

Wow. This hotel is faultless. The building and facilities are amazing. The staff were so helpful and it was a pleasure to stay there. The food was impeccable. The decor and spa ere super luxury. They surprised me with a beautiful cake on my birthday. Always there to help

This hotel is incredible and I would really recommend it. The service is lovely and the staff are very attentive. The breakfast is outstanding and there’s a good mix of cooked and continental. The communal areas are beautifully decorated and the spaces feel very unique without being cluttered. The room was amazing and had everything you’d want. The pool was a stand out asset of the hotel, and I spent considerably more time there than I usually would at a city hotel because of how nice a space it is. The sole thing that could’ve been different was that a visiting member of what we assumed was the hotel chain’s upper management was engaging staff in a loud and inappropriate conversation at breakfast one day. Ironically, it seemed he was there to observe/improve standards. However, we had to sit and listen to him critique a young waiter while she was doing her best to serve guests and his choice to do this created a weird vibe. Not what you want to hear at a hotel, especially as we thought the service was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again and it was worth every penny!

I can't think of a better way to start 2025! We stayed at Stradom House for the first weekend in January and it was a fantastic experience. The concept of the hotel is second to none and every place here is well thought out: from the breakfast restaurant (and what it has to offer) to the famous bar in the former chapel, to the wonderful spa and wellness area (with a long pool, a couple of saunas and a spa based around local mineral salt) and the Polish restaurant. We loved the style of the rooms, the beautiful furnishings and the comfort. The staff are super helpful; we had the chance to talk to some of the hotel staff and they are all passionate, hospitable and positive. The location is perfect - just a few steps from Wawel Castle. But... once you arrive at the Stradom House, you just don't want to leave. Thank you so much!
