Unfortunately this place was a big disappointment - Wi-Fi never worked Talked to the manager and he said he would fix it - he did nothing - check in at 4 pm …too late for check in I asked for earlier check in and the manager said he would inform me if it was possible - he never got back to me - TV not working at all!!! - extremely hot - at night we could not sleep because of the heat in the room. There was only a small fan that was not able to cool the room down - too much noise from the street The room literally shakes every time the tram passes by and wakes you up at night -at the toilet when I lifted the lid a hair was there -the whole building needs some serious restoration - photos are totally misleading -there is no fridge in the room to store some water or a sandwich - no luggage storage available - we had to find lockers downtown The place and the service ( what service ???)was a complete mess Would be fairly priced at max 40€/night
