Plantonia Aparthotel

Lovely apartment. Very clean, well laid out and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close enough to the main attractions but at the same time, far enough away to be peaceful. Please note there are some roadworks outside the hotel at the moment. When we arrived and saw this our initial reaction was not good but it genuinely did not spoil anything for us. The plus points re the hotel more than made up for this and the works are not the hotels fault. We had a very small issue with our room and when we reported this the staff responded immediately and the matter was resolved. Can’t fault the customer service. Please do try the bakery next door, staff will recommend it anyway but their produce is top quality.

Plantonia Aparthotel is the perfect base to explore the city of Krakow. We loved its unique concept of vegan and environmentally friendly accomodation. The breakfast options are all delicious and the staff is extremely helpful and always available.

Very modern and beautifully designed apartments. Located 15 mins walk from the centre which can be reached via a lovely riverside walk. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great bakery right next door with some very tasty pastries. We booked all our trips based on advice from the staff and everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

Stayed at the Plantonia Aparthotel for 4 nights in August - a surprise trip for my birthday - in a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. The whole experience was faultless. The building, reception, common areas and apartment itself were immaculately presented, clean and ‘like new’. All staff we met from reception to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed in Krakow before but closer to Old Town, however, I preferred staying at the Plantonia this time around. There is easy access to Old Town and you are a stones throw from the river which makes a nice walking route to Wawel Castle, Old Town, Jewish quarter and pretty much everywhere. A nice gentle 15 min stroll to Rynek Główny (main square) in Old Town and lots of places to eat, drink or take in the sights on the way. The apartment itself was perfect, large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, quality bathroom / shower, very clean and always felt cool / fresh even in the hot weather we experienced. The towels, toiletries and linen provided were all of high quality. Access to a laundry room for washing / drying if needed, a gym and a salt room where you could book treatments. Shops, bakery and coffee shops on your doorstep. There were roadworks ongoing when we were there but that didn’t detract from the comfort of the apartment and once they’re finished it will provide even easier access via tram once the tracks are reinstated. Overall a fantastic place to stay, amazing staff and would highly recommend.

Lovely,clean,modern hotel, small gym,salt room and a small laundry room...excellent staff, the hotel rooms very spacious and very modern, we were a family of 6, we had double bed in the upstairs, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom and a pull out double in the main room. We were b&b even though we weren't vegan or vegetarian the breakfasts were lovely 😊. While we were there, there was ongoing roadworks outside, this didn't make a difference to us or our room we heard nothing, the people on reception were super friendly and super helpful. Would highly recommend 👌.

One of the nicest city hotels we have stayed in. We were in a studio apartment loved the décor, space and balcony. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The staff were fantastic, going out of their way to help and were always pleasant and welcoming

Plantonia Aparthotel is a wonderful place for relaxation and leisure. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the rooms and the wide range of amenities they offer. The staff is very friendly and attentive to guests' needs, always ready to assist. The hotel's location is also perfect — close to major landmarks, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Very nice hotel near the centre of Krakow. We were very satisfied with our one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. During our vacation the street in front of the hotel was under completely reconstruction so we didn't know how to reach the hotel by our car. Our navigation did not know about the reconstruction of the street and kept sending us to this street. But that was the only fault during our holiday. The Plantonia Aparthotel we can definitely recommend!

Good apartments, clean, modern and has good amenities. Very helpful staff also. I had a nice stay at this hotel and I will use this place again when I am in Krakow. There are some tramline works outside of the hotel but there was no noise and this did not impact on the quality of my stay.
