Plantonia Aparthotel

Conveniently situated brilliant appart hotel a few minutes walk from the river and 15 minutes stroll to the castle. On our arrival we were greeted and assisted by the wonderful Victor, he was amazing and couldn't help enough, even bringing up a forgotten item to our room which we'd left at reception, he handled all our questions on our arrival and for a few days thereafter, and after that, Anna was lovely and very helpful also. Everything about the room we had was fabulous, impeccably clean, very comfy super king bed, well fitted out kitchen, lovely balcony and dining/sitting area. We felt spoilt to stay there and it was so reasonably priced, would definitely recommend and stay again.

The apartment is really beautiful, the layout is very well done with stairs in the middle so that a dining table and chairs fit underneath. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need, the bathrooms ( one upstairs and one on the ground floor) are modern, light and warm. It's in a great location, we really enjoyed our stay and will be going back. One minor dissatisfaction is the pillows are too flat and soft, therefore not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is amazing 🤩

My husband and I stayed here 5-9/5/25 on our first visit to Krakow. Staff were quick to answer all our questions prior to us arriving. Beautiful appartments with everything you need and they also have a vegan pantry. Great location. Would highly recommend this aparthotel and would stay here again when we return.

Easy to find, 20 minutes away from the town centre and 20 minutes away from the airport. Reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Just be aware they take a 500 zloty deposit for damage to the room on arrival. Rooms were spacious including a large fridge and freezer. The showers were hot and good power. The air purifiers are a nice touch and our room had air conditioning. There’s a lift to the top floor. Booked through JET 2.

Just returned from an amazing stay in Krakow, went with my wife and a friend who had always wanted to go. Krakow was everything we hoped it would be, but the crowning glory was the Plantonia Aparthotel , from the moment we arrived to be greeted by the friendly receptionist,to the moment we left it was outstanding. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was brilliant, beds were amazing, I meant to ask where the mattress was from , bathroom with bath and shower in one ,while a walk in shower in the other. Fully equipped kitchen area and lounge space was excellent with large screen tv. Also Plantonia is very environmentally friendly. 15 minutes walk from main square,so you can escape all the hustle and bustle if you so desire. Highly recommend this Aparthotel for your stay in Krakow.

Just returned from 5 nights at Plantonia with a trip for 2 adults and 2 children (14 &12). This was a great find, as a family we always look for aparthotels as it gives the space required so we are not on top of each other with the ability to leave bags if we arrive earlier thank check-in and leave later than check-out. Plantonia delivered in bucket loads, great room and two bathrooms really helped us in getting ready quickly. Shampoo and bodywash supplied, together with a hairdryer. We didn't really use the kitchen facilities but it was well equipped. Everything was clean, and after my daughter spilt a drink over her bed on the first evening, reception were quick to help in supplying new sheets. Quiet times operate and I can only assume the hotel was busy as it was well maintained. The staff were all really friendly whenever we engaged with them, and due to being on the go we didn't utilise the likes of the salt room etc. Good excuse to go back. In terms of location, 10 min walk to the castle, probably similar to the old town. It was nice to be out the hustle and bustle, close to the river. Roadwork mentioned in previous reviews have gone. We had a room at the front of the building and barring the occasional tram going past we were undisturbed. Would I recommend Plantonia, without doubt, just make sure I have first dibs should I return :-)
