Pros: The room is well-equipped with everything you need, both in the bathroom and kitchenette. There's an entrance with a closet, making it easy to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room. It's very centrally located. The owner responds promptly to inquiries by email. Quiet as it overlooks the back garden. Large and modern bathroom. High-quality linens. Cons: Access isn't the best, with a faulty front door and a somewhat dilapidated passageway. The ground-floor apartment is a bit dark. The terrace is pleasant, but it's shared with the room next door, which severely limits its usability.

Sold with double sofa bed available, in reality it is a puzzle of sofas that makes it impossible to sleep on, we had to take another house. We contacted them there but they were not very receptive to solving problems. Not very friendly.
