The communition between the reception is very poor, we arrived late and it’s hard to check in, no information of our check-in. We tried to call the phone but no answers, we tried to check-in through the QR code but it’s useless. Poor communication and customer service
Location is perfect if you want to stay near the market square, the room is fine. Wifi is not working. Total experience is not great.

Overall, it’s a good clean place to stay for 1–2 nights. Despite its central location, the area is quite peaceful. If you book a room on the 3rd floor, you might hear some noise from the room right in front of yours. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules — a nice touch.
However, there were a few downsides: the two single duvets were quite small, and I felt cold; a larger, warmer duvet would be preferable. The mansard room isn’t ideal for tall people, and the shower tended to clog quickly. Also, the showerhead holder was placed too high. Lastly, the carpeted floor made it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase around.

Pro: La stanza è ben fornita di ogni necessità sia in bagno che nell'angolo cottura. Vi è un ingresso con armadio che facilita l'isolamento del bagno dal resto dell'ambiente. E' assai centrale. La proprietà risponde prontamente per mail alle richieste. Silenzioso in quanto è affacciato sul retro giardino Bagno ampio e moderno Biancheria di ottima qualità Contro: L'accesso non è dei migliori con un portone d'ingresso difettoso e un passaggio un pò fatiscente. L'appartamento situato al piano terra è un pò buio. Il terrazzino è piacevole ma va condiviso con la stanza prospiciente e ciò ne limita molto la fruibilità
