We had a pleasant stay at Glow. Although they had a limited menu at their pool side restaurant, the food was really good, especially their Krapaow Pizza. The pool is pretty decent too. I felt the rooms were a bit small but given the price, the overall experience was amazing. Plus, it's in between the Ao Nang Night Market and Ao Nang Beach. You can find many tour operators and restaurants nearby. You can also catch a boat to Railay at a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel also has a cute room for your kids!

We stayed in this hotel during CNY, and it was completely booked out. The location of the hotel is good, walkable distance to everything you need: shops, restaurants, bars, beach. The hotel itself is clean, the pool is good but the water is cold. The breakfast is okay. The massage at the hotel was decent, too. Nice place for its price.

Fantastic location, with all the shops, street food stalls and beach meters away. Lovely staff, I was able to organise a packed breakfast due to early flight. The swimming pools span out across the ground floor with pool bar, all are great, especially the roof top one on the 5th floor, amazing views of the nearby mountain scenery. Some refurbishment going on, didn’t impact my stay, hope that change some of the wooden walkboards, as they were worn out. Breakfast finished at 11:00am which was a great bonus, all the usual fair. Room was lovely with a very comfy bed. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Super awesome. We booked this hotel by mistake. When we arrived in Krabi, we found that the hostel we booked was not suitable for our Chinese physique, so we searched for 4-5 stars on the beach, and they were basically full. I would not book this hotel without reviews or photos. , but the surrounding area was full. Then the grab driver first sent us to another old hotel that cost more than 1,000 RMB during the Spring Festival. It took us a long time to get here (sea seeker and the boss were directly next to them and talked to the driver directly. Just say sea seeker) Facilities: Brand new, really brand new, except that the door always has to be closed very hard. Anyone passing by the hotel next door must take a look at the building here. Hygiene: It's brand new and very good. There are not many guests. I later found out that they were not online and were supposed to be testing. I accidentally ordered it. It was later said that it would only be online in March. During the Spring Festival, we had about 10 guests in total, and the waiters were better than us. many. Environment: There are a lot of food on the main streets. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Negotiate the price for 100-150 by tutu. room is generally nice and clean. staff very accommodating. soap and shampoo in the room are not checked daily. one needs to call housekeeping. lobby of building A is extremely hot. aircon not working properly, most of the time, it's switched off. windows and doors are open so the heat goes in. staff should speak better english to communicate better. no-smoking policy is not implemented well. smell of cigarette smoke reeks in the hallway/ corridors on different floors.

This is our 4th trip to Krabi and subsequently the 4th hotel that we have stayed at. Villa cha cha in a nutshell is everything you want in a resort for a family trip. We booked the beachfront suite and it was nice, spacious and comfortable! The service is overall good but, and this is a minor issue, the food takes time to be served in the restaurant, which basically means you can enjoy more cocktails in the happy hour :) It is a 15 mins drive away from Ao Nang beach but they have a free shuttle service every half hour. Another thing they can improve upon is having another masseuse at their spa. There is only one masseuse and sometimes the wait period is too long!

You only get a microwaved wrap and a hot drink for breakfast. No cold drink even tough it’s so hot outside. The breakfast outside is better and no expensive at all. We asked for additional pillow and we were told no which really is an issue for a “hotel”. For the price paid it’s a good hotel and clean. They come clean your room and change towels every day. A bottle of water is provided every time they clean your room. The view on the mountain is so nice so no regrets. Ac works good but they only provide one key/card so you cannot leave the ac on so that the room is nice and fresh when you come back. No iron provided when we asked but you can leave to a laundry service outside the hotel so they can do it for you. Would have been better to provide an iron. We were really inconvenienced.

The property is strategically located near to Ao Namg beach but you have to walk appx 1 km from it Rooms were spotless clean and comfortable Small though Perfect for couple or small family We booked superior pool access room and stairs from the balcony to the pool was great experience Breakfast was basic and not too many choices from vegetarians as well as non vegetarians Services……non existent at all Reception in the new building, you have to walk 50 mtr steep ramp to reach Staff was courteous but clueless No help in luggage shifting or anything Very comfortable stay as we didn’t require any assistance at all

We enjoyed our stay a lot and probably would have stayed two days even more, but unfortunately they were booked out. We also had a special request in our booking and they didn’t ignore it. In the room you have everything that you need - a fridge, TV and even a hairdryer. Most important part is the bed and we liked it a lot..I read before we went that some people found the bed very hard, but for us it was perfect and we had a very good sleep. WiFi worked great (watched Netflix without problems) and room was very clean - no strange stains on the sheets or anything like that. Also the location is ideal for Krabi town, because in front of the hotel there is a market where you can get food (rice with crispy chicken and salad) starting from 35 Baht and 7/11 is just next to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
