Facilities: Rooms comes with balcony (with table, chair & ashtray for smoking), water bottles, tea, coffee, slippers, safe box, hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, cotton butts, shower cap and towels. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. Noises from the outside of the room can be heard in the room. Water pressure in the shower is good but no hot water. Toilet comes with toilet rolls and hand bidets Dining: Breakfast buffet’s menu consist of Thai and Western cuisines. Room service and pool bar operates from 7am to 9pm.

Resort is set amidst a Beautiful & Picturesque location,away from the hustle and bustle of other busy resort destinations. The entrance to the resort is quite an Adventure! Ideal for a relaxing & quiet family vacation. Warm & Friendly staff, always glad to help with a smile . Well maintained rooms and amenities, could do with a bit of modernisation and luxury to match the price. Sumptuous Buffet Spread! Food Quality and Service at all the F&B Outlets was splendid. Super Cocktails! Fantastic” Instagramable”views of the ocean from the rooms and the swimming pool.!, Hence Didn't feel the need to venture out of the resort ! Would definitely come back again

Private pool and Jacuzzi were not working. Managed to transfer another villa after we requested. Instead of initiative since they are other villas available. Interior villa is comfortable and good. Buffer breakfast good as they offer varieties. Excellent location as the surroundings offer F&B, shopping and beach spaces.

If we were ever to travel to Krabi again we would consider staying here just because the price is reasonable and it’s located on the beach with ocean view rooms and that’s not easy to find in Krabi. The breakfast buffet was decent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. That being said there are things that we wish we knew ahead of time. The hotel is older and in serious need of renovations. The sewer system in all of Krabi seems to be pretty old, all toilets including in the hotel asked you not to flush toilet paper. There are restaurants within walking distance but for a larger selection we took a ride service into another area several times during the week. If you are looking for a 3 star quality hotel that’s quiet and on the beach this place would be good.

Centara Ao Nang is a decent mid sized property right on the Ao Nang beach. We stayed here for 4 nights from 5th June 22 till 9th June. For 3 nights we had a Pool view Premier deluxe room in 3rd floor and last night we had a pool access room in ground floor. Rooms are decent sized, Sleep quality good. Linens, towels clean, no issues there. We had two connecting rooms. The property has two pools, one centrally placed huge pool with slides and the other a smaller one near the beach with a beach bar. The breakfast spread is decent but gets monotonous after two days as menu is almost same. Staff very polite and helpful. Overall great place to stay in Krabi at this price point. Spa Cenavaree is very good. Don't go for cheap ones available outside since the service here is way better. Recommended for stay with family.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag of emotions. On the positive side, the room itself was lovely, with a spectacular view that truly took my breath away. Right on the beach , away from The hustle and bustle. Get a good peaceful nights sleep , great soft bed .The breakfast spread was also quite impressive, offering a wide range of options to satisfy any palate. However, there were a few aspects of the service that left me feeling disappointed. Firstly, the attitude of the staff could have been greatly improved. When I realized that there were no toothbrushes in my room, which was supposed to be a deluxe room, I was told that only certain rooms are provided with toothbrushes. This seemed like a strange policy, and it left me feeling slightly inconvenienced. As it was not stated anywhere . Moreover, the way the staff received guests was not as warm and welcoming as one might expect. They appeared to be somewhat rude and unfriendly, not considering that many guests have traveled long distances and may be tired or hungry upon arrival. For instance, upon my arrival, I had to wait five hours before check-in, as I arrived earlier and there was no offer of refreshments like water to help ease the wait. And offer for early check with payment ofcourse … Additionally, when I inquired about the possibility of paying for having breakfast on site when we arrived at 9.30 am I was told it closes at 10 and not offered to go ahead , Luggage storage is outside of reception, not safe or locked up . In summary, while the hotel offered some great amenities like a lovely room and a plentiful breakfast, the service attitude lacked

I recently stayed at B2 Krabi Hotel for three nights, and it was an excellent experience overall. The hotel's unique location near the stunning mountains of the Ao Nang region is truly one of its highlights. Waking up to such breathtaking views added a special touch to my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room and the common areas were spotless, making for a very comfortable environment. Moreover, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request, making me feel very welcomed. However, I would advise travelers to exercise caution when arranging hotel-to-hotel transfers, particularly for trips to Phuket. It’s crucial to confirm all details clearly with the person handling reservations to avoid unexpected additional fees. Overall, B2 Krabi is an excellent choice for anyone visiting this beautiful region, combining great service, cleanliness, and a location that’s hard to beat. Highly recommended!

Located close to the beach. About 500m from the main beach attractions in Ao Nang. Neat. And clean rooms. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a great pool and good restaurant. The spa was unfortunately closed when we visited. The pool side bar and the lobby bar are good with live music every evening

Hotel located near to muslim restaurant. The room is very clean. The staff is very friendly. We booked access pool room and the room is quite big for my family. Excellent service by hotel staff. I request to change room from new building to old building because my family’s room located there and the staff help me to check the availability room. I am really thankful for her help. We will stay here again if we coming back to krabi

I don't think it's enough to be called a five-star hotel. The location is a bit remote and it's not very convenient to take a taxi. The earliest shuttle bus departure time is 10 o'clock, which is not convenient. The appearance of the building is a bit old, the rooms are a bit small, and the furnishings are quite average. Hygiene is average. The hotel is a bit expensive, the rooftop skybar is not cheap, and the tourist information at the front desk is also expensive. Breakfast was average. There are some places to eat nearby. The good thing is that the attitude of the service staff is okay and the room cleaning is quite timely. I feel like I might choose to stay directly in Ao Nang or Railay next time I come here.
