Krabi Hotels with Wifi

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience were disappointing. Pros: • The air conditioning was cold enough, which was a plus. • Due to hotel room unavailability, we booked a twin bedroom, but the staff kindly offered to join the beds into a double bed upon our arrival, which we appreciated. Cons: • The bathroom was clogged, and water drained very slowly. When we reported it to the staff, they claimed it was due to an uneven bathroom floor, but this was not the case. • There was absolutely no soundproofing. Everyday from 7-8 AM, loud knocking sounds (as if renovation work was happening) could be heard, along with people opening and closing doors loudly, talking, and walking outside. It was impossible to get a good rest. • The ”Do Not Disturb” button in our room was broken, so we informed the receptionist that we did not need housekeeping for two days. However, despite this, housekeeping still entered and cleaned the room while we were out. • From the online pictures, the hotel appeared to have a beautiful lobby and pool area, but we didn't expect that our room type would be located in a separate building. This building was further from the lobby and pool area, and its overall appearance was not as nice as the main lobby area. Our balcony view was facing a building wall—definitely not what we expected. • The walkway in this separate building was dirty, and the housekeeping tray was always left outside, right next to our room door. Additionally, the staff’s housekeeping room was also right next to our room, which may explain why it was so noisy early in the morning. Overall, I would not recommend staying here if the room is located in the separate building without elevator access. Perhaps the rooms facing the pool and accessible by elevator offer a better experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All of the staff were polite and attentive. Our rooms were clean. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely going to stay at this hotel again.

Location was relatively good, within walking distance to the various night markets and shops. At night it gets a bit quiet but sounds of vehicles are extremely audible in the room. Cleanliness is decent.

Amazing service staff. They were able to help us sort out last minute accommodation during the busy Chinese new years. We had to switch rooms to make it work, but the staff was so great to help us get creative so we could make it work! 1 minute walk from the landmark night market. We really love loved the location! Right across from the beach. Pay the extra for a sea view with jacuzzi!!! You won’t regret it. The only reason 5 stars was not given is due to the GYM. It’s basically a couple of free weights, a bench, elliptical and treadmill. The cable machine was broken. They really should invest in some equipment that works. And even upgrade everything in there to match the luxury of the rest of the hotel. Hopefully next time we come back we will see this improvement! Overall a great stay!

The hotel has a very nice pool with poolside drinks and food service. There are early morning/early evening complimentary yoga and other wellness lessons. There is a child playground and indoor creche (presumably not complimentary). The lobby is up an elevated driveway from the street. To get to your building, there are more outside steps. So, this hotel is not for you if you have limited mobility. Having said that, there is a hotel 'golf cart' available to move you plus your luggage. Then there is the location. There is a wide choice of eating places, some with live music. Ao Nang beach is just 10min walk away. This is where you catch boat trips to the other islands. All in all, the hotel met all my expectations. The world is too big for me to return in the near future. But if i did, I would rebook the Holiday Inn.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The place were so nice and cozy. Close to main street but very quiet. The only bad thing that took down my overall grading was that the insects net didn’t close fully so I had a lot of mosquito bites when I woke up day 2. But that was it. The rest were good there. Didn’t try their breakfast so can’t give an honest review about that.

Hotel will not disappoint when it comes to location, by main road across from which there is a beach, not the most beautiful one in Krabi but will do for a view. Shops,7/11, bars,restaurants,night market, food markets,currency exchanges literally on your door step. Hotel bit dated but you are not coming to Thailand to stay in the hotel all day,right! Hotel has a big swimming pool which is nice and refreshing and a gym, I did not use it as only stayed 2 nights and had busy interinary and when I went to check it out,it was really hot in there but like I said maybe there is an air con there and just switched off as no one was using it.Staff friendly and helpful considering they were not speaking good English. I guess if you want to understand/help you will. Can't say a thing about the breakfast as I opt out as was eating out.

Infinity Aonang is a nice and modern hotel that provides a comfortable stay, especially for families. We booked the family room, which was spacious enough for all five of us to sleep together on one bed — a unique and cozy arrangement! The pool was just steps away from our room, making it convenient for quick swims and lounging. While the hotel itself is fantastic, the only downside is that it’s a bit far from the main Ao Nang area. However, if you’re looking for a quiet, family-friendly stay with good facilities, Infinity Aonang is a solid choice.

The location is very good, the room is very clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is very good for a transitional hotel. I asked the front desk to help arrange a taxi to the airport one day in advance. Thank you very much

Excellent hotel staff very friendly and professional. They noticed from my passport that the 2nd day was my birthday. When I came up from the pool late afternoon there was a birthday cake in the fridge. Very nice touch and excellent attention to detail. The food was great and breakfast had plenty of choice. Highly recommend.
