Excellent stay! Stunning view right from the bed. Plus breathtaking sunset!! We booked a deluxe jacuzzi room, spacious, well equipped, all things working fine. Limited options at breakfast buffet if you are vegans. Hope the hotel can improve this. However the chef team at dinner seem to get it better as vegan food was delicious and there were many options to choose from (we stayed 3 nights, ate there every night) You also get 10% discount on food if you book your table with the staff beforehand. Perfect beach, clear water with water activities available. Helpful staffs. Best value on Tubkaek beach!!!! Will definitely be back

Excellent 5star hotel. Exceptional service. Upgraded my room from beachfront villa to a 2bed room beachfront. Swimming pool was huge and a whole garden beach front for privacy. Breakfast was well thought out, international and thai cuisine. Resort is fairly large and have buggy cart to pick you up from room if require. Valet service (your own personal vehicle) is also available and hassle free. We have the option for dinner at naga kitchen(couple dining) called destination dining, which was excellent and very romantic. Food was 9/10 service 9/10 atmosphere 10/10 :) Would love to visit again, and very ideal resort for special occasion.

Had a great stay at this property ... The property is indeed secluded and peaceful. Staffs are friendly and accommodative. Breakfast can be better but adequately sufficient. I will definitely come back for another solo visit. PS:- do equip yourself with snacks/cup noodles/bottled water if you are bored with resort food. The nearest shop is 2km away from the resort and its pretty a distance to walk if you do not have motorbike licence

The location of the hotel is good, right on the beach. The food is good, but it is far from the city or Ao Nang. If you want to go there, you have to take a taxi, but it is expensive, about a thousand baht round trip. The room is clean, but the bathroom does not separate the wet and dry zones. It is not maintained.

Short getaway trip, love the hospitality level, the scenery and the food in both (Thai & Italian) restaurants. There were fire show performance (Saturday night only) & live band (daily) and anarray of activities offered to residents such as yoga, muay thai, paddle boat and jungle trekking, for free! Definitely recommended!

The hotel is a good price and the deluxe premier room with a balcony tub is wonderful. As with any 5 star resort hotel, it’s further out of town and grab/taxi takes a while to get but you can schedule in advance. Food in the hotel is good. Lots of choice. Slightly on the pricier side but still not too bad. Spa and massage is very expensive (for Thailand massage price) so we have that a miss. 2,000 thb head massage for 60min. Bangkok would be half of that. This includes happy hour 10-2pm 30% discount. Full body 3k. But having a jacuzzi on the balcony of the room was very worth it. Breakfast is great. Would I say here again? Yes! Is it 5 star? Yes! Is it value for money? Yes! Just be prepared for longer travel distance and time and slightly more expensive food and drinks and spa. P.s. it’s on the beach directly!! A smaller boutique 5* resort. Pools are nice and overall resort didn’t feel crowded.

Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beachfront pool villa and were already very satisfied with the room's amenities. However, about two hours after checking in, a sudden strong wind blew down some tree branches right outside our villa, landing in the garden. My original intention was just to take a photo and ask the butler to have it cleared. To my surprise, the butler immediately took the matter very seriously, promptly offering us a room change and another upgrade to an even higher-tier room. The new room was incredibly spacious, with a huge 4-meter bed. Housekeeping was super efficient; they would clean the room immediately whenever we stepped out. The attention to detail was impeccable. We stayed for two days and were absolutely delighted. We also took the hotel's complimentary trip to Hong Island, which was a wonderful experience. One evening, we also had the pleasure of meeting a guest relations manager from China, who very warmly recommended dishes from the Thai restaurant menu. The dining experience was absolutely spectacular! The stir-fried spinach with egg, raw beef curry, and pomelo salad are absolute must-order dishes! Both the service and the overall experience were flawless – truly deserving of a perfect score! We would absolutely return to Krabi just for this hotel. Upon check-out, the butler even presented us with a small gift, indicating they truly took our conversations to heart.

The room is facing the beach, the scenery is good, and there are many children to play. During the day, you can ask the hotel to call a small boat to go to sea, the price of the chartered boat is very suitable; the beach can be dug all the time; you can go to the beach to pick up starfish crabs at night... Service is very good, very active nice Meals are also very good The only thing is that you can stay in the hotel, it is unlikely to walk out. Arrived very late at night, except for a hotel, there are no shops, and there are black cockroaches everywhere. It’s okay to come here and stay at the hotel for two days.
