I recently booked a Standard Room at GLOW Ao Nang, and my check-in time was scheduled for 3:00 PM. However, I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM. I understood that early check-in might not always be available, so I waited patiently in the lobby for several hours. While I was waiting, I noticed that several other guests were being checked in earlier than the official time. Curious, I politely asked the front desk staff — a lady named Koyen — if early check-in was possible in my case. She informed me that early check-in was only available for guests with Deluxe Rooms. I was quite surprised to learn that check-in policy varies by room type, especially within the same hotel. Additionally, I observed a clear difference in the level of hospitality. Other guests were warmly welcomed with greetings, welcome drinks, and even had their luggage carried to their rooms by hotel staff. Unfortunately, in my case, I didn’t receive any welcome greeting or assistance with my luggage. It felt quite different and honestly a bit disappointing. As a guest, I believe all customers — regardless of room category — should be treated with the same level of courtesy and hospitality. This experience left me feeling that my presence was somewhat overlooked. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve the consistency of guest service across all room types. Thank you.

Excellent stay at this hotel! Near to Ao Nang beach, rooms are clean and well maintained, motorbike rental just next door to hotel with one of the best rental rates in town. Would come back again without a doubt.

I had a great stay at AVA SEA Resort in Ao Nang. The location is strategic - just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It's very convenient for exploring the area without needing transport. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. I also appreciated the fast elevator. Overall, it’s a well-kept hotel with good amenities and a great vibe. Perfect for travelers who value location, cleanliness, and comfort. Highly recommended!

I have travelled around Thailand for a month and this was one of my last stops. Out of every hotel I stay this was my favourite one. The staff were SO helpful with everything. They helped me book speed boats and gave me recommendations to all the best places. I rented a scooter from them and it was in good condition and super convenient for the island. The breakfast that was included was delicious and the hotel rooms are super comfortable. Overall I would say my favourite thing about this place is the staff. All of them are amazing, friendly and kind people.

Great location for Muslim travellers – just steps from Ao Nang Mosque and surrounded by halal restaurants. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, massages options at the hotel spa are quite affordable, and there’s an activities counter with plenty to do. Only 10 mins to the beach, plus a gym and kids club. Swimming pool is big and fine, but kids’ pool needs better upkeep.

The location is great. The beach is just right across and hotel is a 2 minutes walk from the Night market and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Ao Nang.The hotel breakfast was okay, some variety in food. The room was tidy and spacious. The only downside is the lack of warm water in the shower, it’s more like lukewarm. There’s also no closet in the rooms.

Before booking this hotel, the reviews were average, there is always someone not happy with something, but i found the hotel clean, comfortable, and accommodating. We did book a ground floor room with pool access, but we're given a 2nd floor room also with pool access, this turned out to be a bigger room, withe better views. Whenever we found something that needed doing, TV remote battery change, balcony light not working, it was dealt with almost immediately after we reported it. Muslim friendly and very close to the mosque and the night life, and with a 25 minute walk to the night market, this hotel is great. There is a steep slope to reception, but they have a tuk tuk, which will help with cases, just ask at reception

We booked a Triple Room with a view to the hill. Of course, it was a great thing that happened once in a lifetime. The hotel has a common room with a snooker table, and also a unique pool. In case, you want to enjoy the pool, better swim after 9 am, because the hotel treats the water around 8 am. Make sure the chlorine is not too high when you are swimming. The hotel has no breakfast option. But you can Grab your food, and enjoy it next to the pool 😁

One of the Best Choices in Krabi - Just love this resort!  Excellent service! Great value price! Location is very convenient!  Few minutes walk to the left and turn left will be the bustling street full of shops and activities!  Turn to the right with few minutes walk is the Aonang Landmark Night Market!  Love the swimming pool! It will be better if the pool operating till 10:00 pm! (Now closed at 19:00) The room is great with balcony!  The service using APP is a great idea!  Love this resort!

Huge room with a nice little balcony and spacious toilet, great shower with strong pressure too. In a great location, not too close to the beach/central so slightly less noise (if that is what you preferred) but reasonable walking distance to the beach, plenty of 7-11 closed by and food. Form bed and pillow, fridge available and bottle water provided daily. Receptionists spoke a little bit of English only but not an issue at all, they were good and helpful.
