- we spent 5 days in total, it was a worst experience ever. There was no WiFi connection in the room we stayed for 3 days, even after complaining many times. Finally on the 3rd day they brought in a 4G router and we were asked to hand it over before we check out on the last day. Never experienced such a bad service ever from anywhere before. - The house-keeping was poor, housekeeping didn't bother to clean the last two days we spent there. only after complaining they arranged cleaning. They should improve their service

Nice hotel with pool, room was very big and clean. Stocked with water each day. Had a bath and shower which was a bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful especially night manager. Bed was big but not extremly comfortable maybe 6/10. Amenities in the room were good. Location wasn’t very central but a 10 minute walk was all that was needed

Very unfriendly and not welcome front desk, is like you owe her money and show her emotional face to you during. Toilet cleanliness is terrible, you can find insert and lizards **** around and water pressure ia very low. The only good thing is the aircon, very cold.
