Big and nice hotel. The location is very good, right at aonang beach. The room was spacious and clean. We wanted twin beds after the request they came and changed our room in a few minutes. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has its own private beach. Close to the aonang night market and many other restaurants near by. I would definitely go back.

Very bad service, I paid for extra bed and breakfast called from 2 pm until 8 pm you just got a pillo, towel and blankets. The said this is for 1,000 thb that I paid for extra bed!
Sprinkle water at the pool still can’t not open evenly you call from 2 pm to 8 pm they just said please wait and wait. They are very busy!
In the morning of your leaving date it still no one to do this for us.
This is a very bad experience I got from this hotel.

Private pool and Jacuzzi were not working. Managed to transfer another villa after we requested. Instead of initiative since they are other villas available. Interior villa is comfortable and good. Buffer breakfast good as they offer varieties. Excellent location as the surroundings offer F&B, shopping and beach spaces.

Great location, nice stuff, but the room was not clean, and too many plates were dirty at breakfast. If they have any lift over food ( bread, fruit, and pastry) They will serve it the next day.

Lovely hotel, right on a beautiful beach. Staff are super attentive and kind. It does look a little run down in some areas but the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Service by the pool could be a little bit better but it does not ruin your holiday or time spent there.
The central location allows for trips out to restaurants, spas etc if you feel for a change of scenery. A lot of day trip companies has this hotel as a possible pick up point.

The hotel has the worst service. The room and toilet need serious upgrading. The picture on the website is deceiving . I had to change the room 3 times . The reception staff was so rude and told me that they are a 3-star hotel .
I purchased a luxury pool room and paid so much, but the room was so bad , especially the toilet . The mirror was rusted , floors were dirty, and electrical equipment was not working
