Service was good. We arrived early and can check in around 10am.
Need to improve on Room cleanliness as the room has mouldy and cigarettes smells.

Check in counter’s staffs were super friendly and check in process was seamless as well. Room was great and value for money, breakfast was decent and had wide variety.
They also had live screening of Euro cup matches in the lobby during our stay.

We visited here for work, but unfortunately, there was a planned power outage on our second day (the whole Aonang area). The hotel didn't inform us during check-in; instead, a staff member knocked on our door 3-4 hours after we had settled in to let us know. This was very upsetting and frustrating. The hotel should have told us earlier so we could have made plans to stay in the city instead.

Room and facilities are good.
Unfortunately the fridge was reported as not cooling on the first morning and still didn’t cool when we checked out, despite asking at reception for the matter to be resolved

beautiful hotel.very helpful and friendly staff. especially staff wawa and om. really helpful.thank you so much.
One thing I don't like is that the pillow is very soft and hurts my head and neck. hope the hotel changes to another pillow. everything else is ok. and very satisfied. pool very nice. my dotter love it!
I hope to stay another night at this hotel. but Thailand is so hot. I can't stand the hot weather here. So it doesn't happen. myb one day i come to krabi i will stay again at this hotel.
