I do recommend this resort!!! Very nice service. I booked sea view 2 rooms. They are really best view. Closing to the sea. Good breakfast. Good vibe. Private resort.

Had a great time here. The hotel has such a beutiful view from the reception and our room (Deluxe Sea View). The room is big and so the balcony.
It was really quiet and less crowded compare to tourist spot like Ao Nang or Rai ley

The water in the room was black!! Very unhealthy for my kids. The manager never gave any feedback.

Our accommodation at Beyond Krabi was excellent. Beach view from the villa was nice. Rooms were a bit dated, but very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff did a fantastic job! Reception on arrival were friendly and efficient. Porters were lovely and happy to drive us to and from our rooms when ever we needed them. The massages at the Spa were good value.
We opted for breakfast to be included and the selection was huge. However, the service in the restaurant was less impressive - staff seemed to be untrained and not particularly interested in their job. We stayed for a week, and every morning there were problems with the coffee machines (not emptied, no milk etc) which is really not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Generally, service at other meal times and the bar was not much better . Also, the laundry service which was quite expensive was terrible - our clothes did not appear to have been washed at all.
Sadly, this was really disappointing and unfortunately let the rest of the hotel down.

We stayed for 2 nights from 1st till 3rd march.
We absolutely loved everything about this hotel the stunning views from our room, a gorgeous well kept room and grounds. The pool was gorgeous and set on a lovely part of the beach too. Wish we had longer there but already booked elsewhere.
The staff were all very friendly and polite.

Front desk staff are incompetent. They don't want to do anything for anybody,
the service is lousy and we left early as a result.

The location is a but further than Ao Nang which means that you have to spend a bit more travelling time if you want to shop or visit different eateries. However, it is suitable if you want a quiet getaway with an awesome beach which is almost secluded.
The staff at Beyond Krabi were wonderful especially Yob who welcomed us with cheerfulness everyday. Hope to visit again soon!
