Good location, walking distance to night market. It takes about 20 minutes to reach this property from Krabi International Airport and Grab services easily available there at a price around 260 Baht per way.

This hotel room is not less than a 4 star hotel room. I thought it was a normal hotel, but when I entered the room, I was surprised! Everything was perfect.

Fairly new hotel, still fresh inside, AC, TV, fridge, hot water, good value for money.

The dust is a bit too much and it caused itching for me and my girl i hope they clean the room good .

There was the step at bathroom entrance, which is big, unnoticeable , you may hit it accidentally and stumble upon. Another thing I disliked is that administrator asked to give my phone in her hands. That is inappropriate. If they want to see confirmation of booking - that's fine, but I will not give my phone to strangers. In the room there is nowhere to dry your towels or clothes. Electricity in the room switched off for 5 minutes, it looks like it is the often problem in the area. Location is far from being convenient. It was impossible to find public transport to the airport in the morning. The shower is mounted into the wall - that is also inconvenient.

Rooms clean, everything new, comfort, good servise !!! I like it !

Honestly. Riverside hotel had a fairly good service. I did not like the first room they had given because it was not the one I saw and booked for (it on the first floor, last room on the corridor), they immediately found another room and relocated me. The rooms are very old. The first one had mold and rust and it didn’t help that the window was facing a wall. But the location was beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. As a female traveling solo, I felt safe and secure.
