I would strongly recommend to ask for a pool side. We firstly got a room facing the backyard, the room was dark and noisy. Luckily hotel stuff was very helpful and changed a room for us asap, through the hotel was full at this time. The second room was very bright and spacious, very conveniently arranged and perfectly clean, (even inside the shelves). The room also had a big balcony where you can relax anytime. The view was also great, it was facing the hotel pool and the jungle. The housekeeping stuff was amazing, very active end friendly, the did their job perfectly, even changed the bedding several times, we didn't even asked for it! The provided full set of toiletries, coffee, tea and bottled water every day. The buffet breakfast was very good, there were enough choices of hot and cold dishes (several kind of fried noodles, porridge, sausages, cereals etc), fresh fruits every day. The hotel is about 15min walk down the hill. The area is surrounded with administrative buildings, during the night time there aren't many people around, but it didn't feel unsafe at all. The hotel provides a free shuttle to any place in the city centre, which is the biggest highlight of the hotel. It has no scheduled time, you can ask anytime for it. We used it almost every day, sometimes even several times a day. It was like having a private driver. This kind of service you can't even expect from a five star hotel! All the hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's the reason why it has so many advantages. We really relaxed every day of our 5day stay in this hotel and even regretted when we later moved to the overcrowded Ao Nang.

It's an amazing place. Owner is so friendly and helpful. And it's clean and really cozy. Helpful with anything you would like to experience in and around Krabi. Really beautiful to come here. They have a few choices of different room types And all have great beds! I will never use another place in Krabi town It's a quiet end of town in the evening And walking distance to most markeds and one of the piers. Love to visit again And again.

room is generally nice and clean. staff very accommodating. soap and shampoo in the room are not checked daily. one needs to call housekeeping. lobby of building A is extremely hot. aircon not working properly, most of the time, it's switched off. windows and doors are open so the heat goes in. staff should speak better english to communicate better. no-smoking policy is not implemented well. smell of cigarette smoke reeks in the hallway/ corridors on different floors.
