"The overall is very good. As one island and one hotel, it should be said that it is very cost-effective. The interior greenery of the hotel is very good, the tropical rain forest, the room facilities are also very modern, very comprehensive, adopting the best of everyone, considerate, automatic flushing toilet, automatic curtain . The island is very beautiful. You can see the sunrise and sunset. You can watch the sunrise near the swimming pool and watch the sunset at the dock. The most beautiful thing is the hotel trail. Along the west, along the reef, walking every day is so beautiful! Very thoughtful! The best part is when the weather is good, the sea on the beach is very clean, you can snorkel and there are a lot of small fish! It's wonderful, although the sea and beaches are not as good as Madai, it is not lost in the overall play! There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is exquisite and delicious. It is not good. There are lush plants, a lot of animals, and too many mosquitoes. In addition, the new hotel room still has a little taste, and the hotel BBQ is too bad and expensive. But ordering meals is good. Transportation on the island is charged separately, which is very expensive. For details, you can see the travel notes of the horse's nest."

"Location: Perfect and peaceful island setting in Cambodia.
Service: Needs more attention from top management. Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience.
Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing.
Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes.
Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic.
Breakfast: Absolutely delicious!
SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay.
Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception.
Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability)."

"Ctrip garbage, the marked phone directly dialed can not be connected, and does not indicate the specific location of jetty, the day can not contact the hotel in Westport, very affecting the experience. The hotel itself is impeccable, the experience at One Island One Hotel is great, and the Western Restaurant Bread Basket is perfect. The only problem is that even if the insect repellent is sprayed, there will still be ants crawling up and down, and the desserts given are eaten by the ants..."

"The hotel's internal environment is particularly good, the waiter is very warm, although it is a special room, know that I am free to upgrade to the pool view room after a trip, like. Room service ordered a fried noodles, the taste is very refreshing. Because of the weather, I couldn’t get out of Xilong’s island. The waiter knew the situation and was comforted. I felt warm and praised. The exterior of the hotel was built as early as possible. As far as Xicheng is concerned, it is not very convenient to travel, but the hotel service environment is really good."

"1st about the front desk staff make me in bad mood, iy seem they has ni experience with online booking, while i am check in they ca niy fine my booking we waiting very long , and when check out the invoice us again.
2nd hotel seem old , toilet door can not , bath tub leaking, the room poor hygiene.
3nd breakfast test good.
4th the pool is no sun exposure, but it's a bit dangerous because there are many corners.
I think i may not go to stay again, if have choice."

"We been there for our family vocation, our room js face to pool and the room is fine just some point I don’t like are :
- People come out and drink in front of our room till 1am
- People come to swim pool so early around 5am from swimming
- they don’t have mini bar in the room"
