The room’s cleanliness and comfort were commendable, creating a relaxing environment for both work and leisure. Service The front desk team provided excellent service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. However, one area for improvement would be the elevator system, which required a keycard for access. With only one card provided, it occasionally posed challenges when coordinating with a roommate. Facilities The facilities were impressive overall. The pool was a standout feature, offering a clean and well-maintained space, which I’d rate 9/10. The gym, while functional, lacked standout features and could benefit from enhancements (6/10). The restaurant provided a satisfactory dining experience, with good food and attentive service, earning a 7.5/10. Location The hotel’s location is undoubtedly one of its strengths. It offers convenient access to transportation, dining, and nearby attractions, making it an excellent choice for those exploring the area or conducting business.

All of sudden at Calicut we heared about this location and decided to stay there.location is very nice.one hour away from Calicut.food is ok.complimently breakfast is also good.staff is very helpful.we reach at 10pm.they took 1000 ₹ for extra bed.At 11 pm we asked for packed mineral water bottles but they can’t provide it.
