The location was good. The place is clean but they could do better for the toilet cabinets, positioning the tv. There is provision for hot water, air conditioner was also good. The food at restaurant in the 2 nd floor was not bad. Kozhikode beach is also nearby

We received a room upgrade which was nice. The room was spacious although bathrooms are small. Hot water is readily available although they turn it off and you have to request it be put on. Bed was comfortable. Air con was not great. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice. Location was good

All of sudden at Calicut we heared about this location and decided to stay there.location is very nice.one hour away from Calicut.food is ok.complimently breakfast is also good.staff is very helpful.we reach at 10pm.they took 1000 ₹ for extra bed.At 11 pm we asked for packed mineral water bottles but they can’t provide it.

The rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range

The property is located on the road side itself, easily accessible. Have a large parking area adjacent to the property. The staff were very courteous. Room and facilities were good. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Property ok. Not very clean-just meets basic accommodation needs with the price one is paying. The location is good. For someone who is visiting iimk, the location is very good. Staff is nice. Even after language barrier, they managed to help me l. Note that the hotel do not have kitchen and so you need to depend on nearby restaurants. Ajwa restaurant (non veg) and brother's hotel (veg) is good. I would rate 6 out of 10
