"Property is located in prime location.It is inside City.Rooms are very small & no ceiling fan.Room bed was mentioned as king size.But it was very small.Toilet was very neat & clean.Room service is very bad.Getting the required things we have to follow up multiple times.They have included multiple food in boffet breakfast.Taste was awesome.Overall I can give average rating 3 when we are comparing with other hotel experience."

"Found out about KPM Tripenta from MakeMyTrip app. I had been to Swapnanagari many years ago. Customer reviews helped in selecting this property. Our stay with Tripenta was truly amazing. Room was cozy, clean and fresh. Staff was professionals ever willing to help and support us. Ms Kavya made sure we don’t lack anything. Food was delicious. "A Wonderful Stay at Gateway Hotel Calicut. Comfortable, Scenic, and Family-Friendly We stayed at Gateway Hotel Calicut for two days as a group of 20 family members, including children, during a family get-together and convocation ceremony. We had booked six rooms on the 5th floor, all offering beautiful views of the sea and pool, which made our stay extra special.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a large group like ours.
A highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was outstanding—a wide and delicious spread of local and continental dishes that catered to both adults and kids alike.
Overall, we had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Gateway Hotel Calicut provided the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty. We highly recommend it for families or groups visiting the city."

"The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing."

"Oh, really very very nice, their service is very respectful and very kind, no words to say about the staff they are doing outstanding service and their breakfast complimentary is awesome traditional veg and western style really very tasty foods served with hot and good option for vegitarian and also nonveg. Here are some key points from my experience: # positives: 1. *room quality: the room itself was good, featuring a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The overall ambience of the room was pleasant, which made for a comfortable stay. # negatives: 1. *lack of elevator: one of the major drawbacks of this hotel is the absence of a lift, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2. *inflexible checkout policy: despite checking in at 6 pm, the hotel was inflexible regarding the checkout time. They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service. I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by ***y restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk from Kozhikode railway station, which made it extremely convenient for my travel plans. I didn’t opt for breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food, but everything else met my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. GGuest UserThe rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range

Room no 113. aminities are good, excluding AC. poor working condition. check out procedure was too horrible. i was checked out before 7am due to an emergency. at the time of check out staff ask me to wait there. they need to check my room. there is no value for my time?. this is my first time experience. i am not feeling good. i can understand, it may ur policy matter.iam assuring, that is not comfort for me. also for others. i feel i was insulted there. take necessary actions instead of these type of policy. best wishes.

GGuest UserAvarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude

bed and linens- clean and comfortable. Housekeeping- good and prompt. Location- very good. Both bus terminus & railway station are close. Markets also close. Wifi- not very dependable. Needs attention and improvements. Recommended for business travellers.
