The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, which is always a priority for me. While the room was a bit smaller than i expected, it didn't detract from my overall experience. The location was convenient, and the amenities were sufficient for my needs. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff are not cooperative and can't sleep properly at night due to shifting in the next room, also room having cigarette smoke smell

Overall good experience. Located close to the railway station. Spacious room with good quality fittings in washroom. Breakfast was also nice though only limited variety. They kept one dental kit in the washroom for a double occupancy room! i don’t know if the guests are expected to share the tooth brush as well. I think this needs to be looked into.

Stay was wonderful with nice comfy rooms in the city. Behavior of the receptionist was not that much appropriable but cleaning staff and others are very generous. The stay was very good and i enjoyed i a lot. All the staff are very humble and generous but not the receptionist. They stopped one of my guest not even calling me and confirming, i hope they will provide more support in the coming days thanks. No images
