Totally disappointed with the service. One extra bed was booked but when we reach there, they gave a bed without cot to lay down on the floor. Couch in the room was not cleaned and bathroom was not looking safe

What do you look for in a hotel when you are a traveller? clean room, clean bathroom, good location, comfortable bed, transport facilities, friendly staff. You can find all this in half moon residency. Even though they don't have a fancy restaurant or room service, it's a good go. Mainly very helpful staff. Mr navas, mr suhail made sure our stay was comfortable.

Spacious rooms, hassle free checkin in less than 5 minutes, very pleasant staff at front office. No restaurant at the property. Located opposite to raviz and very easy to locate.

Clean room but toilet was shaby, even the ceiling was open, there was no toiletries provided, no water or kettle. Only one staff does work of mgr to room boy. Overall below average set up.
