Where do you even start? This is not a hotel-this is an EXPERIENCE! Anyone who gives this anything less than 5 stars should never be allowed to travel again. The food, the service, the game drives…it’s impossible to find one flaw. They should be charging 5x the amount they charge rooms for. It’s that incredible. Better yet, the way that they incorporate and support the Masai community is out of this world. A huge thank you to Josiah, Richard, Victor, Killion, Anne, and our “cat” game driver-Fintan. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests were remarkable, but the highlight was how she orchestrated the most incredible birthday celebration for my wife. It was not just a birthday; it was an unparalleled travel experience filled with special touches that made it absolutely magical. Additionally, she assisted with our purchase of a stunning pair of Tanzanite earrings from the resort gift shop, sharing her extensive knowledge about the stone's quality, ratings, and uniqueness. Her expertise made our purchase even more special. Fairman, the General Manager, is an inspirational leader whose passion for hospitality is reflected in every member of his team. Under his leadership, the staff delivers top-tier guest service, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and cared for. The entire team embodies his dedication, creating an atmosphere of warmth and excellence. The culinary experience at JW Marriott Masai Mara was exceptional. Chef Bhuvan prepared fantastic meals for both lunch and dinner, always ensuring variety and quality. His personal approach to dining, coming around each meal to check on guests, made us feel truly cared for. He even offered to customize dishes to our preference, though his creations were so exquisite that no changes were ever necessary. Francis, our dining attendant, was exceptional. His friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and ability to anticipate our every need made dining a joy. His service last year was so remarkable that we specifically requested him again, and once more, he delivered an outstanding experience with warmth and humor. Victor and Joseph are, without a doubt, the best bartenders at any Marriott property. Their ability to remember guests' favorite drinks, coupled with their lively personalities and humor, made every interaction a delight.
