Location was excellent, beachside. The staff were very helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Clean, tidy and organised. Facilities were very good and of a high standard.

The place and pool weren't bad. The speed of the fan could not be adjusted, so I requested it, but the staff pretended not to know and ignored me. I'm not sure because I didn't eat breakfast. The air conditioner didn't work well.

Rooms and toilets very bad/ old , need immediate rennovation. Rate is very high, according to their rate people think, it will be good. But not good, not even value half price . Location good, staff very very helpful ,but many other same star hotels nearby with more clean rooms and toilets. I am 25 year experienced international hotel senior manager . I cannot accept these types of cheating. Save Indian hospitality industry with good hospitality service.

Staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Food was good. If you pay a bit more you get a modern room upstairs which gives you a pool and seaview. All rooms are clean. The lower floor offers cheaper rooms with a pool view, more dated rooms which reminded us of colonial times and the bathrooms looked like from the 1990's.

Very very very bad, pls don,t go. Wasting your money. Dirty roo.s, unclean, like low class old motel. Staff good location good. What is the point going here It is a 1 star very old poooor poor poor motel. Dirty dirty and dirty. So many things bathrooms feel like vomiting .

We stayed at the Seaface Hotel for three weeks in January 2025. On arrival we had several issues with our room despite it being one of the upgraded rooms. After several days when Sarath the Operations Manager was made aware of our issues he moved us to a room with everything working and reassured us if we had any further problems to let him know. This made our us stay most enjoyable and he is a great asset to the Seaface.

Had an amazing time at Kovalam, this was the 7th time I have stayed at Hotel Sea Face. The location is fantastic, right at the beach and the view from our room was absolutely amazing. We could watch a pretty sunset right from our room. Staff was courteous and helpful. Full marks for service, hospitality, location and the view from the rooms. The room was spacious, neat and clean and had all basic facilities but do need a little TLC. The food was amazing, but the menu wasn’t fully available.

It was the excellent stay . Food and services were excellent.specially restaurant manager Ajesh and his team manu and Aadarsh take care of us very well.Welcome to resort with garland and tikka was remarkable.It was my first experience.Visited temple and boating. I recommend if you arrange for direct Access to beach directly from the resort.
