One of the most beautiful properties to stay at. Topped with some excellent service Well led by the GM Suku Verghese Long list of brilliant staff all always wanting to help. The front office, the Buggy boys at the restaurants, every possible touch point.

Excellent property..we always were in doubt whether to go for leela or taj. Property wise taj is best, has both backwaters and beach coverage. Family friendly, good hospitality, took care of our kids completely. Mr. Vinpugal was very helpful.

overall experience was fine. got the experience of natural habitat but the plants and trees were not maintained. They would have looked better if trimmed optimally . view from balcony was limited, lot of humidity inspite of dry weather. Breakfast could have more variety .

The best Taj beach resort in India. Fantastic location, and awesome hospitality make this an unforgettable experience. The entire team is wonfderful and does beyond expectations to make your time memorable. While I wish I could name everybody, I must express my commednation for Jasmine from the front desk who took so much time to interact with all the guests throughout their stay to understand their needs, Pramod from F&B who delightfully accomodated and wowed at every dining experience and Mr. Vinpugal who stepped and ironed out our issues for the smoothest experience. My Kudos also to GM Suku Verghese for inspiring his team for such hospitality. The people are what make this resort the best Taj on the beach in India.

My recent stay at Taj green cove was nothing short of spectacular.From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff who ensured our check in was smooth.Resort facilities were exceptional and seamlessly blends luxury with nature.It was my Wife's birthday and they helped me in making it memorable. Special mention to the staff in Bait restaurant.

The property is beautiful but our stay was not good. Many mosquitoes in the room and kept us up all night. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Everything was done by 9:15 and they weren’t refilling anything. It is bang in center of a city so poor/slow service makes no sense. When I brought it to the notice of management they said I should have reached out in the middle of the night about mosquitoes and about the buffet they said they will find out what happened. We will not recommend it to anyone and will try to avoid coming back.

A very beautiful and organic property. Room was small but elegantly organised. The landscape was breathtaking. Enjoyed the activities and country boat ride. The area around the bay restaurant was fabulous. Not to mention the hospitality ❤️
