Unmatched staff! Every person was pleasant and kind. It is great for families with kids as there are activities and plenty of recreational spaces. The staff do a good job of cleaning but the humidity creates a musty smell. Perhaps something the hotel can deal with. Airport pick up and drop off should be free (it isn’t though). We would go back because of the welcoming staff and ambience.

We had an incredible experience on our 4 days stay at Taj Green Cove resort. We had a traditional welcome whilst we reached the resort. The room was beautiful with the sea view. The hospitality was second to none. Each and every team members did their best to give us the awesome experience during the stay. Even a small suggestion was taken with a lot of consideration and attended immediately. This shows the commitment of the group for customer experience. The team at Taj Green Cove was brilliant. Our special thanks to Chef Munish Pandey, Chef Joel, Chef Gnanashekaar and Chef Rajput for specially curating foods according to our taste. Suman at Bait restaurant was beyond words in terms of hospitality he made sure that we were served the best cuisine. The breakfast had a excellent spread and special mention to Dhiraj for serving us ABC juice on all the days of our stay. The high tea was some special we always look forward to. Thank for the banana fritters which was made as per our special request. Thanks Chef Gijeesh! We also had some surprise gifts during our stay! Thanks Suku Verghese for arranging this!

Our family stay was beyond expectations. Never seen such a polite and smiling staff anywhere. They were humble and helpful to our needs. Seemed like everyone was trained to never say NO to customers. Whatever was requested was fulfilled. we enjoyed high tea at Bait every evening. Had dinner at Jasmine bay. Sanket was there to cater us. He was friendly and also handled my nephew while we were having dinner. I dunno how he managed to do that. Miss Anu and Mr Ghanshyam at the reservation office helped us to get the rooms booked for my family. Mr Shiva was helpful to arrange a late check-out as our flight got delayed. We met the chef at the breakfast table and he packed some food for the baby as he couldn't come to the breakfast. That was a lovely gesture. Property was huge. All green and with a beautiful lagoon. You can easily spend 2-3 days in the property without stepping outside. There are so many activities for kids and adults in the morning as well as in the evening. We had fun during pizza making activities. We had a spa session as well and it was relaxing. Staff was running here and there for every guest. Would love to recommend it to my family and friends. Arriving after a long journey from Alleppey, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks, a tour of the lush tropical grounds, and then guided to our cool, well-appointed chalet, which offered privacy and tranquility, with a balcony overlooking the jungle and the distant sea. A Haven of Hospitality From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The team at Taj Green Cove operates with a rare combination of attentiveness and warmth, ensuring every guest feels personally looked after. A special mention to Noyal, the manager, whose leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. He ensured that every detail of our experience was flawless, offering personalised attention and making sure we had everything we needed. Similarly, Aane, a wonderful member of the restaurant staff, provided consistently attentive and reassuring service, always ensuring that our dining experiences were smooth, enjoyable, and filled with thoughtful touches. A Culinary Journey Through India The food at Taj Green Cove was outstanding, offering a diverse selection of flavours from across India and beyond. Every meal was a celebration of taste, with dishes ranging from authentic South Indian specialties to rich North Indian curries, freshly baked breads, and perfectly cooked seafood. Some of our favourites included fresh okra, egg, potato, chickpea dal, Kerala-style kingfish curry, fish wrapped in banana leaves, chicken saag (specially prepared on request), and fragrant rice dishes. The variety was incredible, and each meal was an opportunity to explore a different part of India’s rich culinary heritage. A Special Anniversary Celebration One of the highlights of our stay was the anniversary meal thoughtfully arranged by Abhishek, the restaurant manager. He went above and beyond to personalise our dining experiences, surprising us with a candlelit dinner on a private balcony, overlooking the serene resort grounds. He curated a special menu just for us, filled with fresh, authentic, and beautifully prepared Indian dishes, making our 25th wedding anniversary celebration truly unforgettable. Every morning, Abhishek also ensured we had a unique breakfast experience, introducing us to regional specialties from across India, each dish reflecting the rich diversity of the country’s cuisine. His passion for hospitality and personal attention made a lasting impression. Sunsets, Pizza & a Thunderstorm Over the Sea Beyond the elegant dining, our pizza-making session at Bait was an unforgettable experience. Chef Manoj arranged for Chef Joel guided us through creating our own tandoori chicken pizza with onions and coriander, as well as a seafood pizza, all while sharing insights int
