This was the worst hotel experience of my life! We had a proper booking, and still these people refused to give us the room. Instead of helping, the staff started arguing and shouting at us like it was our fault! Absolutely disgusting behavior — no manners, no respect, and zero sense of hospitality. We came all the way to Kerala for a peaceful trip, and this place totally ruined our mood. The management didn’t care at all and acted like we were begging for something. Unbelievable attitude! I’ve never seen such unprofessional and rude staff in my life. If you don’t want your trip to be spoiled, stay far away from this hotel. They don’t deserve even one star!

The eye catching woodcarvings,ornate decorative palace doors are unique.Food is awesome.The services are too good for words.The staff is a very friendly collection and quick at their work.The mouth watering garden is to be appreciated too.

The property is out of the world on a cliff with an elevator to the "Nearly" private beach. The Buildings are Quaint and some are 100 years old! it is almost a throwback to the old world charms with modern day ammenities. The Staff is so very caring and courteous it is unbeleiveable. The place deserves 2-3 full days to truly soak in the ambience. The food is slightly pricey but delicious!
