Great breakfast and a clean room. The bed was comfortable. The room needs updating, but we chose this hotel for the perfect location. This is a good city vacation hotel choice if you are spending your time mostly outside the room. The check in and out was fast.

Terrible experience. It’s quite hot right now in Finland, about 28 Celsius. I read from hotel homepage that there is air conditioning in rooms. But that’s not true. Our room was awfully hot. When I complained in receptionist , she just gave me a fan. None of us couldn’t get a proper sleep. Hot room was not enough, also noises from the streets kept us awake. Breakfast was ok. That’s the only good thing in this poor so called hotel. Avoid this place.

The hotel was great, staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was superb - lots of variety and constantly being refreshed. The room was very comfortable.

Hotel has a rock bar in the same building so it gathers noisy party people during weekends. Staff is happy and helpful but there is not much they can do if you can't get sleep due to the other guests. OK Breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing, the room cozy and beautiful. The restaurant the breakfast is served in, is beautiful and atmosphere there is soooo nice. The kids even got a bag of candy from the nicest woman ever. Thank you, we WILL come back. The only _almost_ negative thing is, that from your website's pictures of the rooms, we thought there would be hair conditioner available in the bathrooms. Had I known, that this hotel indeed (like many other hotels) doesn't have conditioner, I would have brought my own. So maybe remove the pictures that (falsely) advertise the rooms have shampoo, shower gel AND conditioner 😊😊 Thank you!

Quick check-in, quick checkout and excellent breakfast. Also room was nice and quiet, it was easy to fall in sleep. Private carpark behind the hotel was quite tight, but still it was necessity. Maybe if they added some possibility to charge your EV, that would be excellent.

The hotel is located just in the city center, just in a few minutes walking distance from railway station. The hotel itself is oldish, I would say 3 stars. But the service deservs 5 star rating and because of it I'll give 4 stars to this hotel. I faced so warm welcome as ever and the services of the hotel (f. ex. restaurants) were introduced carefully. The TV in my room did not worked and the man from the reception offered a new room for me - only for I could watch TV! That I call super service. Even if the building and room need renovation I want to mention bathroom products of high quality (Face Stockholm). Also the room (or actually rooms in my case) was clean. Breakfast was ok as well.

Great, very central location. Amazing staff, everyone (reception, restaurant) was so welcoming and nice, beyond expectations. Rooms are a bit modest, but comfortable. Free parking at the roof very convenient. Definitely would go again when visiting Kouvola.
