Aphrodite Hills Hotel

Just returned from a 10 day family holiday at this resort. Greeted on arrival with cold towels and a glass of fizz. A friendly reception from hotel and TUI staff. Had a family suite that was clean and a good size for us. It had a huge bathroom! Food: We choose our holidays based on coeliac/gluten free reviews - our eldest daughter has Coeliac disease and sen. We mentioned this on arrival and a meeting was arranged with a chef to discuss her dietary needs. The meeting was thorough and the chef was so helpful. He was happy to provide anything our daughter wanted and he explained all the provision they have to avoid cross-contamination. We were more than happy! We ate in the buffet restaurant throughout the holiday and everything was just as we had been told. All the chefs we met were approachable and friendly and were happy to fetch buffet items from the kitchen for our daughter to avoid any cross contamination. We also met Justine in the buffet restaurant - and she is just wonderful! She found us at every meal time to make sure our daughter got exactly what she wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even made sure we knew who else we could go to on the day she wasnt there. She went above and beyond. They provided a choice of gluten free desserts too - we've not come across so much choice before! The chef told us that providing food to make guests happy is their passion, and this really showed. Our food was really lovely too! Great choice and plenty of it! All the staff that we came across at the hotel (from reception, housekeeping, pool bar, to restaurant staff) were friendly, approachable and made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone!

We visited the hotel on the 4th of August. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We were welcomed with a glass of fizz on arrival and taken to our room by buggy, which was fantastic at 2 am in the morning. The food was incredible, with a smaller selection, but they value quality over quantity. Upon arrival, I had planned to propose to my partner, and George was excellent at accommodating my plan and had a table reserved for us, along with balloons and candles. I proposed at the sunset lounge, which was just incredible. The member of staff who was working was so friendly and hyped me up before I proposed. We are now happily engaged and can't thank the hotel staff and TUI for their help in making my plan come true. I also can't forget to mention the lively lady whose name began with k, who worked at the adults-only pool bar. She was incredible, remember everyone's order was around the sunbeds all day, making sure drinks were never running low. We will definitely be back, five out of five stars.

It would be 4.5 if they did half stars. We had a gorgeous private pool room which was perfect as the pools were to crowded for our liking and it would have been a different review if not for our room. The bathroom is amazing and I miss this a lot. The new tv’s are lovely however couldn’t stream anything and firestick didn’t work. We have stayed in a lot of top hotels and the buffet here was fantastic. Infact the best. We wasn’t a fan of the Mexican but loved fig and olive and jasmine. HUGE shout out to the Tui team who were super fun and friendly, we loved archery and boules and the Tui lads were the best. There are a lot of cats and we had 2 that would sleep on our pool furniture and sadly I was bitten by what could only be fleas. As different bites to mozzies. This was annoying, but they are very cute and well looked after. The staff are all super and look after you really well. The adult only conservatory part is sub par to the rest of the eating parts and this needs some attention. The gardens and building are very pretty and relaxing.although modernisation in some areas are needed. We hired a care to explore and used the spa and had the best treatments we have ever had. Again the spa is looking tired in places. I think the private pool rooms would benefit from drink service or more drinks in fridge as we didn’t drink much due to having to pull ourself off the very comfy day bed lol. I would definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is simply wonderful! The pools were a little cold as we came at the beginning of March but the indoor pool was perfect for a swim. We had our room upgraded on arrival to a family swim up sea view suite - we felt extremely lucky! Just sitting on the sun loungers by the swim up pool was incredible. The food throughout the hotel was amazing! So much choice. Different themes each night at the buffet restaurant. We visited the fig and olive along with the jasmine during our stay. The Mexican restaurant opened for lunch near the end of our holiday - this was also delicious. The staff are super friendly and ensure you had everything you need at all times. The hotel facilities are great. The rooms are cleaned daily, if you choose for them to be. Our room has a mini fridge and the items were stocked up daily also. There is lots for children to do during the day. There’s a lovely play park, splash park, football goals, tennis, archery and a kids club. We used the kids club for a couple of hours whilst we attended the spa for a treatment. Our little one had the best time, the staff here were great. At the Spa we treated ourselves had the king and queen treatment, which was amazing - thank you to Kamile and Ema for making us feel so relaxed throughout. We left the spa feeling so light and rejuvenated. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We would love to come again in the future. The main pools have just had work done on them and are now being reopened just in time for the new season to begin. It all looks amazing!! Thank you Aphrodite Hills Hotel for an incredible stay.

We just got back from 10 days at Aphrodite hills and we had such a lovely family holiday! The resort itself is beautiful, the staff are all so lovely & friendly and everything you need is on site! We didn’t leave the resort once as didn’t feel the need to with the shopping village located on site! We went with our 22 month old and the entertainment staff & crèche staff were amazing, we couldn’t have asked for more and he really enjoyed himself! We put him in the crèche a few times during our stay and he didn’t want to leave when we came to pick him up! On our last day the staff also had put together a little folder full of his artwork they’d done with him whilst there ♥️ a big shoutout to the crèche team Hannah, Paulina & Isobel! We stayed in a family suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony & it was incredible! The suite was so spacious, big balcony & housekeeping did a great job everyday making sure the place was pristine! The main buffet has lots of options every night so there was always something you would eat but our favourite by far was the Mexican restaurant food was divine and the staff were so so welcoming & friendly, especially with our little one making him laugh & chatting to him. This resort is absolutely perfect for families and I would recommend it to any of our friends.
