"have been staying in indraprastha for past many years.we reached on2 december 2022 at 5.30 pm . we left on 3 december at around 2.30 pm though the check out was 12 .. tjey didn’t charge me and also the fact that they never called me to tell me that the check out time had passed. these are some characteristics which decide my stay in a hotel… this hotel satisfies those criteria.. good and simple people…. thanks"

"Maintenance needs to be improved. Basic necessities are not provided in some of the rooms. Bathroom fittings in some of the rooms were faulty. Though the staff were co-operative and helpful, except for the time taken for preparing the final bill during check out. Better maintenance and service can help them to retain their customers. Customers are coming only based on the old goodwill."

RRina LamsalVery nice property for layback family vacation. We wanted to escape the crowd during the holidays and Kumarakom was the right choice.
Staff is very helpful. Breakfast and lunch were amazing! Kerala home cooked food.
The only thing we find not convenient were no hot water for the shower and no fridge in the room. Otherwise place is very nice for couple of days.

GGuest UserIt’s a paradise, calm and serene, a small area with twelve cottages nestled besides the lake and in between canals. There is small pedal boating which can be done in the canal. Swimming pool facing the lake. Lots of trees and beautiful garden. House boat facility is there. Dinner at restaurant was great and all staff were caring.
