The hotel looks very modern, nice and AC works fine. The TV is android tv which is great because you can log on to YouTube or any other streaming services for entertainment. The sky bar here is an absolute attraction, good drinks, good food, and a beautiful view with a pool. The breakfast here was great, my favorite was appam and chicken curry, great chai and coffee. The staff treat you so well and respond very quickly to your requests. The shops are walking distance from the hotel so transport is not much of a hassle. Would definitely recommend staying here whether you’re a tourist or just revisiting the motherland with your family.

Loved my stay in Hotel Arcadia, i will stay in Arcadia when i visit Kottayam again. Skybar is awesome. Breakfast is not up to the expectations, eventhough its a buffet breakfast its not recommended. I hope the restaurant will take care of it next time. Overall a good experience.

Everthing was good. Helpful and kind staff, express checkin at reception. Rooms are desinged with neccesary requirements. I suggest to improve the breakfast included with the room. Except breakfast, Arcadia is fantastic. Will visit again..

Arcadia, Kottayam offers the best service for travellers. The rooms are impeccably clean. The front office staffs are very supportive, the check-in process was incredibly fast and efficient, allowing for a seamless start to my stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to key corporate hubs and transport links. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the ultimate in convenience and comfort.

Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. ... Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design.Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This hotel features well-appointed rooms at an affordable tariff, cordial staff, and a multi-cuisine restaurant. It is located at a key place near the KSRTC stand in Kottayam. Very tidy rooms...sumptuous morning complimentary breakfast. I am a regular visitor… Vehemently recommend….

Amazing stay at prime location in Kottayam. The luxury rooms are well crafted. Hotel is well maintained. Sky Bar is amazing, especially the view at night. Hotel have many bar and other restaurant options.

The hotel staff was not all welcoming. They did not even accompany us to room. The room i got was not as spacious as shown in photos. Skybar is the best part of the hotel, the service was good, ambience was extraordinary and even food was delicious.
