The room provided a cozy and peaceful environment, ensuring a good night's sleep. A definite highlight was the sky bar and restaurant, offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of Kottayam. Breakfast was a delightful spread, perfectly blending authentic Kerala dishes with a touch of other options. Overall, The Arcadia offers a wonderful experience with great amenities and excellent service, making it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Kottayam.

Perfect stay! Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and friendly staff. Everything worked well Wi-Fi, AC, hot water, and the in-room amenities. Location is central, yet quiet. Would absolutely book again without hesitation.

I have been staying in Arcadia for last 4 years Over my marketing profeson I need to travel across South India and inwill be in any of hotels at least 10-13 days in a month But never experienced such a ambiance that I am getting in Arcadia Polite staffs ,good food & Near and clean rooms always recalling me to this place Thanks the management & Juby for you warm welcome and pleasant happy face always

The staff are good but the booking was delayed due to issue from Agoda. Rooms and services were good. Would suggest those coming over to Kottayam to spend a night here, alongside Hotel Aida. Anjit, the manager has been very friendly with us.
