This hotel features well-appointed rooms at an affordable tariff, cordial staff, and a multi-cuisine restaurant. It is located at a key place near the KSRTC stand in Kottayam. Very tidy rooms...sumptuous morning complimentary breakfast. I am a regular visitor… Vehemently recommend….

Amazing stay at prime location in Kottayam. The luxury rooms are well crafted. Hotel is well maintained. Sky Bar is amazing, especially the view at night😊🌃. Hotel have many bar and other restaurant options.

I work in New Zealand and on vacation I stayed at Hotel Acadia to catch up with friends. The stay was amazing, staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. I had my room cleaned everyday. Sky restaurant was amazing and the ambiance from the 11 th floor was spectacular. And also it is right just opposite the KSRTC bus stand in town. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and I have heard the buffet lunch is good too. They all facilitates like valet parking, room service etc. So I would definitely recommend staying at this Hotel. Thank you.

Excellent stay. We were very well treated. We will recommend it to arkadia toevery traver. Well maintained rooms lifts room service. People available for immediate response at all times night or day. As good as any star hotel inventory in usa.

Near to ksrtc bus stand and services & facilities are good. Securities are very helpful on the parking.

The location, food and services were upto expectations. But for the cost, the standard of the room could be uplifted one scale higher. The ac wasn't very effective. Toiletries provided were minimal but were added on when a request was placed. Overall to make it worth the amount, scaling up of services one level higher is recommended.

Room was neat and hygiene. Restroom have sufficiency accessories room services need to be improved as ac remote was down which testified upon notification. Wifi was totally down throughout.
