The stay on "Premium room with Jacuzzi" is excellent in terms of cleanliness, staff support and behaviour, one of the less crowded resort, nice swimming pool and open shower... Food taste is good, some amenities are not working like hair dryer but major to complaint

This is my fourth time visit here. Evertime i am getting a warm welcome. Staff are very helpful. Very carom and clean atmosphere. Tea plantation around. Also very good ans hygienic food.

Booked premium jacuzzi room, the room was good, neat and clean. Space was good for a family of 4. Morning breakfast has limited options only, for lunch and dinner you need to book well in advance which is a drawback. No option for deserts except ice cream. Food quality is average. No camp fire and music. Pool was without any attendant. Indoor play area was not maintained like almost closed. So just good room and nothing much overall.

Pros: Property is beautiful constructed in a small tea garden/estate. very few cottages. specipus rooms and washroom
Cons: Badly maintained, Full of leech, over priced, rude staff specially the key keeper lady and the bald manager, under staff- only few staff who manages everything including rooms, front desk and pantry. Me, my son and wife all suffered with leech attach.
my experience: first day they haven't provided the room key. we went for seeing without locking the doors. when we came back, they provided the key at reception. we were completely drenched due to rain and when tried to open the door with provided key, that was not working. called manager and he came with a key bag. tried with several keys and opened the door with one key. He tricked and taken the key back with him. Next day when I told him that key is still with you and please provide, he denied and told that he handedover the key to me. entire day our room was open. i requested him to bring the key bag again to my room as i was sure that key was in the bag. he told that there is only one key of the room at property abd that one he handedover to me.
I requested him for next 15 20 mins to bring the key bag and lastly he sent a lady to my room with the key bag. The key was in her bag and the it worked in first attempt. When they realized that key is with them,
