The bathtub/shower was very deep and slippery with no floor Matt on sight. When we were checking out I found one in The bottom of a closet. I wish it had been left I. The bathroom. Food was good and servers friendly but struggled in English. The room was big and the bed was good

After we were allowed to travel again, we had imagined that the hotels would be a bit friendlier. That the service would be what we should actually expect. We have probably been to 14 different hotels for short trips after the pandemic. The only hotel that deserves the label friendly, accommodating and caring is this hotel. Where should I start? Very caring check-in with super friendliness without appearing intrusive. Everything very clean. There are two pillows on each bed, one soft and one slightly harder. Mattresses that I have only seen in the USA. Good breakfast and again we noticed the friendly staff. We were asked about our wishes with a laugh and in a good mood. Here you are a guest, you feel comfortable here and you are happy to come back. Please keep it up.

Was here for training, the transport links to the motorway are great. The room was great, big and clean. Some of the mushrooms were raw, the evening meal was OK. The breakfast was sufficient, but in my opinion a bit spartan. The only negative was that the mattress was a bit hard for me.

The nice and hard-working staff are a plus point here. The rooms have been modernized, but the bathtub with shower curtain in the mini bathroom is still my personal no-go. The breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner are unfortunately only average. The free parking spaces in the underground car park are a positive. Another advantage is the location, very close to the A9 and a large shopping center.

Die Zimmer im unrenovierten Teil sind abgewohnt. Von Gemütlichkeit keine Spur. Kein Roomservice, keine Minibar, nicht mal ein leerer Kühlschrank. Die Bar schließt um 21:45h. Man hat es dort warm und trocken. Das reichte mir, um dort 4 Nächte zu verbringen aber schön ist anders. Parkplätze vor der Tür gibt es.
