After we were allowed to travel again, we had imagined that the hotels would be a bit friendlier. That the service would be what we should actually expect. We have probably been to 14 different hotels for short trips after the pandemic. The only hotel that deserves the label friendly, accommodating and caring is this hotel. Where should I start? Very caring check-in with super friendliness without appearing intrusive. Everything very clean. There are two pillows on each bed, one soft and one slightly harder. Mattresses that I have only seen in the USA. Good breakfast and again we noticed the friendly staff. We were asked about our wishes with a laugh and in a good mood. Here you are a guest, you feel comfortable here and you are happy to come back. Please keep it up.
