The room is clean and neat, water heater reduced temperature after 10 minutes of shower. Wifi was decent. Room quite small if you take the room with no window but no problem if you’re ok with it, wall is not soundproof. I can hear the room beside me talk.

1) Stinky towels 2) There is noise disturbance from other occupants (early morning, 4.50 a.m.)—possibly drunk. 3) Blankets and sheets are not changed (there are blood stains, possibly mosquito blood).

Up to 4 free / complementary resort waterpark wrist bands will be provided.Our apartment is 5-8 minutes drive to Els Golf Club, Desaru Fruit Farm, Desaru Coast, Hard Rock Cafe. RAPID Pengerang is 30 minutes away. Perfect for family vacation, friends gathering in Desaru or project/ biz trip at Pengerang. Within 1.5km, there are Seafood restaurants, clinic, laundry shops, ATM machines, shopping mall, mini mart, 7 Eleven, fastfood outlets such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Domino, Sugarbuns, SDS etc. Other Nearby Places of interest: 1) Fireflies tours 2) River Cruises 3) Fruit Farm 4) Ostrich Farm 5) Crocodile Farm 6) Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark

The staff was so friendly, helpful Room is clean, just sad only the TV is not function well as only few channel can view .. But overall my staying is so enjoying and very memorable, coz this Tiara residence plc is just near to the beach.... Nice place to stay.. will come back again 👍👍👍

This is our second visit as a family to Sand and Sandals. The resort is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach. The eateries are also quiet and peaceful - they have Western, local, Japanese, and Chinese food. There is also a small cafe. The service staff and reception are friendly and helpful. The room is big with a large shower and comfy beds, and soap, shampoo aee provided. The hotel breakfast buffet spread is large with a good selection of food, and it is constantly replenished. Overall, an excellent place if you want a quiet getaway, to chill and laze around without crowds. Transfer to and from the ferry terminal was also smooth. We would return again for a relaxing trip.

The place was well maintained and cleaned. The food was good. The facilities inside were great for family. Just that it was too overly crowded. The check in process took almost 2 hours. We felt like we were at the government agency counter while waiting for the number to be called. It was not a good experience considering the amount of money we paid to book here. Everywhere inside also was super crowded. The waterpark was so full of people it felt anxious to be there. Too bad we could not get the access to the beach probably because of the monsoon season. Overall, we preferred Lotus Seaview rather than here.
