************** everything is okay here. The house is complete with basic facilities, easy to check in and check out, the owner is nice and easy to deal with. Aircond is in every room & living room. Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd & 3rd room has 2 single beds. The TV has netflix, the wifi is also fast. The swimming pool is also clean and spacious. God willing, if there is sustenance to Kedah, I will book again.

My family was very happy especially my kid. She really enjoy swimming pool + playground. The view / the landscapeeee iss soooooo beautiful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone! Very strategic location near to aman central mall and dataran alor setar a lots chinese restaurant around the hotel. A bit dated room and bathroom for 3 nights staying the tv not working they provide buffet breakfast a simple one but tasty. What i really like is the aircond… cooling make u comfortable in this hot weather

stop by for an overnight stay, firstly got the room on the third floor, NO LIFT, was told that due to particular online booking, room given has no lift. If you want a room with lift access, pay extra. Then the room was big, spacious but Air Conditioner was not working. Staff came over, checked, and offered change of room, one floor lower. But the funny things was that we were told to go back down three flights to reception just to get the new key. Why cant the staff bring it to us. Second room ok. but scary as the window was out of its alignment. Informed reception but again no similar rooms so had to stay put. Not sure if would like to come back. there are many hotels in town to choose from.

************* almost 9/10 but a bit frustrating is when staying 3D2N but the toilettaries given only for 2D1N. But overall still okay, and satisfied *************. In terms of etiquette or the customer's right, he is paying for How long he will stay so he deserved to get as well as he paid. We booked this hotel as we have an early ferry trip to Kuala Perlis Jetty to catch the next morning. We booked 2 rooms including one with a balcony. The rooms were very clean with high quality linens, basic amenities and Young Living diffuser. One room had bottled plain water, the other one didn't have. But this is not an issue since they offer free local snacks and drinks from their fridge at the lobby. The toilets (including the one at the lobby) were super clean. There is no bathroom door, only curtain so if privacy is an issue you might want to book a separate room. The hotel has reserved parking spots in front of the hotel. Breakfast was basic, they offerred delicious nasi lemak, toasts and cereals. The issue here is that there is only one table with 3 chairs and one bench to accommodate all guests. During our stay the family who was sitting there took their own sweet time chatting after they were done, and ignoring the fact that other people were standing up waiting for them to leave. Some people can be inconsiderate urghhh. The hotel might want to reconsider the lobby cum dining space arrangement. I accidentally left my camera and the staff called me up to inform me and they kept the camera until I could come to collect it later. Major point there. Thank you👍🏻

Pros: i. Nice room with full amenities, i.e. full bathroom utensils, tea-coffee making, iron, hair dryer etc. ii. Nice spread at buffet breakfast, though little variation throughout our 3 nights stay iii. Staff were very responsive and seemed eager to serve Cons: i. Aircond in bedroom and hot water in bathroom have lives of their own. Its either too hot or too cold regardless of what you do to their controls ii. Parking was a bit lacking, maybe because we were there over the weekend during the school holidays iii. I had problem with the wifi every time I went out and had to sign in again with a new password when I return to the hotel, which I had to get from the front office. Please note that my wife did not have that problem 😃
