I stayed at the Royale Signature for 2 nights and had a very poor experience. Cleanliness was poor and upon checking in to my room, I found a lot of visible dust on the furniture and worse, oily handprints on the corners of cupboards. The room had a very stale smell and almost all the pillows smelt sweaty. The wallpaper was peeling and the interiors was generally faded and in need of refurbishment. Will definitely not return again.

My family was very happy especially my kid. She really enjoy swimming pool + playground. The view / the landscapeeee iss soooooo beautiful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone! It's been long time I didn't write my review about my travelling activity. End of July I was staying with my husband and my toddler son.i don't mine if the hotel was old or else.however the service that the reception give so not called hotelier. The reception staff all are gentlemen,no politeness and happy to serve a guest. My room very clean and big.however the aroma when you open the room not nice.its smell so sticky. During night time there is no air conditioning.My kattle in room got problem we have report to them at reception but no action , I can't boil hot water to make my son milk.its need my husband come down at down stairs to take it by him self.the hotel staff not show that their wanted to help us. So for me even it's cheap but not worthy to stay if the staff not willing to help.

This is one of the oldest hotel chain in Malaysia since 1995 if not mistaken, great locations at many major cities and places in Malaysia. Staff is working hard to please guests that’s encouraging indeed. However the only let down of this hotel is the facilities and amenities are not been replaced as owners seemed not interested in refurbishment. This is very sad for me as I do enjoy to stay at Sri Malaysia hotel chain, great location, ample parking space, but the run down facilities indeed a let down. Even breakfast spread is the same over the years, such a low end budget hotel. Hope the owners of this hotel invest and reinvest if not this remarkable hotel chain will slowly wipe out from the Malaysia tourism industry map.

The best hotel so far I ever stayed when I am in Alor Star. Superb location, very classy boutique hotel with very friendly staffs. The room is super clean, linen is fresh and the bathroom is shiny. Complete amenities and also, huge flat screen tv. I dont have anything to complaint, perhaps maybe the hotel could add more pillows. Keep it up, and will stay there again surely.

However, I believe it would be more practical for the hotel to encourage guests to leave feedback via a QR code linked to Google Maps. Once arrived, the hotel have a lot of open parking space, I was welcomed with such friendliness from staff at reception. Check in was fast and easily communicated. The room given to us was great with view of Alor Setar Tower ( Level 8). It was big room, clean and we were satisfied for the money paid. The food at restaurant is great. I would definitely recommended this hotel, since its located at center of town. Its near to the Pekan Rabu Complex. I will stay here again if I were to visit Alor Setar.
