excellent experience, the staffs very nice and friendly.they offered me to upgrade to bigger size room but I refuse bcoz of my child and my wife already exhausted and we can't wait for another 1 hour for upgraded room. The room was awesome and clean, this is new hotel and the surrounding was marvelous. Nice sea view. Easy to access to pasar Tanjung Kinabalu and malls such as suria Sabah and centre point sabah

The hotel front staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good. The sunset view from the rooftop is so beautiful. In addition, I had a great time with my child because I could see the take-off scene of the aircraft up close. There are many useful stores such as restaurants and marts near the hotel, so it is convenient. It is very close to the airport, so it is convenient. If you pay for the deposit with your card at check-in, it cannot be canceled immediately at check-out, and it is a pity that it takes about two weeks. Most hotels cancel the card approval right away at check-out. I'm waiting for the deposit I paid with my credit card to be canceled properly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️first, We have to contact the owner 48h prior to check-in. Deposit rm400 before check in. Nice and cozy studio… beautiful and clean modern studio.. nice view to the ocean, and below is psar besar KK.. got many eateries below and nearby the room, got numerous choice too. Imago mall by walking distance. Nice pool. Nice ambiance. Unfortunately, we coming on rainy season, and failed to capture the sunset view as its cloudy. 🥹 Good customer service, reply any msg in short time. Just got to take the access card given by staff and key in the password at the secured door. Nice experience tho Once we entered the house, smells good, the staff already open the light, and aircond, plays nice and cozy music on utube.. got microwave and washer and dryer too… easy to use.. niceee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I booked for my husband birthday vacation♥️ Got fan and fridge, water heater, iron and board, hair dryer, sabah tea and le minerale.. provided clothes hanger and suspension, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner..… Got Sweet token from the owner🥰 The shore got multiple other luxury choice of room to rent, but i choose Seaview Bliss as suitable for me as a couple and as the memorable gift for my beloved ones. And it got way better and cozy modern ID.. the real view is the same as the picture provided🤭 It worth every penny⭐️mybe a bit pricey 🥲 but yeah, tq Seaview bliss team⭐️

I didn't like any normal hotels, and I accidentally saw this Minsu after searching for a long time on Ctrip. I took the risk to book it after seeing the pictures were all real photos. As soon as I submitted the order and paid, I received an email and added the housekeeper at the same time. This addition was amazing! Various check-in details and guides came to me. The housekeeper was so enthusiastic and attentive! He provided us with many excellent options, and he was not selling! We really went out on a whim this time, without making any guides. We could ask him directly at any time. He was really enthusiastic and helped us a lot! Minsu can be said to be very clean. My sister and I both have mild mysophobia. We really can't find fault with any details. The things prepared in Minsu are also very comprehensive. It is even equipped with a massage chair, which is very friendly to special forces like us! I strongly recommend everyone to stay, and the experience is 100 points!

The location was great and the staff super friendly. A part of the beach was reserved for hotel guests and was not overcrowded. The team was trying its best to pick up all plastic in the morning from the beach but unfortunately during the day more was coming. People should take more care themselves. You can go snorkeling at the beach but to arrive the corals you need to wait for the tide and have to be a good swimmer. Then it’s beautiful out there. The breakfast was great and a good combination between buffet and menu. Overall we can recommend it for 2 nights. Don’t forget your mosquito repellent and bites relief. We saw several Gerrys;) - beautiful creatures.

Front desk service is best, friendly with most smiling face, always greeting and friendly chat to customer, bedding matters a bit soft and some spring is not well in condition, but ovell room amenities is good. However, I really wondered why a 5 stars Hotel the restaurant all size plate, bowl, even cups are so so oily, sticky, food mark, stains on almost all pieces of them, I keep on looking for more clean one but sad to said is no one is clean, really very sticky and oily, hope the restaurant can look serious on this matter, I can said I never seen such dirty plate, even I go to 2 or 3 star hotel, the plate is more clean then Le Meridien, but food and beverage is good, I love the service can custome order our favourite fresh fruit juice and coffee
