Good quality hotel with excellent location. Value for money except drainage smell can be transfer to Hotel room which need further action required.

So far, for my one night stay, every aspect was excellent. The location of the hotel was strategic as I could go downstairs and roamed the mall, its also walking distance to Gaya Street. I was assigned to room 732. The furniture inside the room was functioning aside from the loud noise coming from the mini fridge, as I am a light sleeper, that bothers me a bit. The service is top notch, all the staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs. The breakfast was 5/5, they offer loads of variety 👍🏻. The only downside is that you need to wait awhile for the aircond to fully cool the room, around 15-20 minutes, I think they use central aircond from the lobby, but I'm not sure.

The A C inmy room works well ,the noise from karaoke om 4th floor can be disturbing, I counter that with cotton wool earbuds ,being corridors the air can get stagnant, worst thing is the noise the cleaners make in the mornings ,so if you like to lay in as I do beware, ove all for $18 a day its OK, for central position

Great location. Near many tourist attractions. There are also many restaurant nearby. And not to mention, you can just walk to jalan gaya for night market or sunday market !

the location near Asia city with seafood restaurant. staff are friendly. the wifi on the floor is not working. the toilet seat cover needed to be replaced. no hand bidet. air cond in the room is leaking

Old hotel but strategic location. They give us a manual key because card cant be used to enter the room. But it’s better to be given the manual key than having a problem later when enter the room.

Staff are friendly and helpfull but we we do have issue regarding drinking water supply..no heater to boiled hot water.no mineral water and quute difficult for my mom to go all way upstairs to 4th floor..room are clean and cozy but the facilities inside room are really poor condition with breaking tiles

I already make booking 2 weeks from my trips, for RM120 from 17 - 19, when I checkback my flight will landing on 18/3 am. So I tried call to ask can i just book only 1 night and make early checking. The Staff said Yes, and just cancel booking then just make new booking from 18-19 only, okay. So I proceed as per advised. on 17 night, I called again to makesure i can do early checkin? Same the staff keep repeating Yes. Can do that. And when I arrived there bcs of delay and I was there around 3.30am and the door locked. I keep calling and thank God. Got female staff open the door and allowed us to checkin but need to pay RM90 per night, 😪😪😪. I told before this I already call confirm, she keep saying myb the new staff telling me like that..No choice I had to paid. Trrow morning, when I go out, the female staff called and give me back RM10, she said I just take only RM80. I dont know what was happened but very ridiculous. I know the hotel procedure that why I called to reconfirm. If cant make it just tell me cant make it. Its okay but no need to tell me Yes can but end up cant do! Everthg okay, nice location nearest to all places
