Excellent location with many shops around. The busiest mall, Imago shopping mall is just a 10-minute walk. The hotel is equipped with a shared kitchen, washer and dryer. The room is clean. Check-in and out is easy with the instructions given.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights during the Chinese New year period. The rooms have been updated recently (review written in Jan 2023). The beds were comfortable, the rain showers were great, and the wifi was really fast. It is very easy to walk to the imago shopping centre which is literally the neighbouring building. The service was good too. What was not so good - no pool for the price point; traffic into the KK Times square/imago area can be quite jammed; our room smelt of old smoke when we first arrived; needing to use stairs to access the lift from the ground floor.

Good price come with breakfast. Room is spacious. Breakfast basic and acceptable. One BIG PLUS POINT : ALL staffs is fantastic! Absolutely friendly and professional. This makes a main reason why have so many people book this place. Although the building wasn’t very new.

Booked this hotel for Marathon event at PADANG BANDARAN DBKK Kota Kinabalu. This hotel only a stone throw away from the event that I enrolled. Oposite is famous and popular GAYA STREET. Hotel are clean and I love the Reception and Restaurant staffs. Friendly and are excellent. They have breakfast which is adequate to fill your hungry stomach. The BREAKFAST NEED IMPROVEMENT. Lacking the choices of FRUITS and Bread Rolls. They do have cakes but providing a few extra bread rolls and fruits won't harm the restaurant budget. HOWEVER THIS HOTEL I FULLY RECOMMENDED to everyone or and travellers. This hotel toilet is also MUSLIM FRIENDLY. THE WATER SPRAY Pressure ARE STRONG. NICE. ****FRIENDLY REMINDER, this hotel charge for Parking Fees which is RM5 only during my one night stay with family.

The location was good as all the eateries and convenience stores were within walking distance. However, I could only give as little as 1 star to its cleanliness. My wife found out that there was a blood stain on the bedsheet and we requested it to be changed to the guy at the reception. We requested it while on our way out for dinner and the receptionist notified the housekeeper to handle it before we got back. When we returned, the bedsheet was still where it was, so I called reception again and I was appalled that he told me they got to the wrong room. The room number was mentioned to the reception earlier, but I was just shocked they could make such a silly mistake as tedious as this one.

Room is a bit small but everything else is superb. Bed is so so so comfortable. 5 stars on hospitality and also thank you for entertaining my needs for ironing facilities. Got freegift also if you put review hahaha

Everything is okay just that need to collect access card as in picture attached first , which take a lot of direction to there. After that u need to go to the parking lot which really far then the lift lobby 🤣 Hope my comments help those who have oku family or kids whether it suits u or not🙏🏻

The house is in a service apartment building with shoplot and restaurant below. It has washing machine, complete kitchen and tv. Everything that you need on a short stay. 1 room with 3 single bed and 1 room with double bed. Fit 5 adults nicely. Basement parking provided.

Given the price, it is affordable with good space given. Although we didn't managed to wake up in time for the free breakfast, but just the thought that breakfast provided was worth it with the price paid. The toilets are huge too. So its a plus. Stayed only for one night with the husband but he and I both agree that the place is worth money. Tips: Free parking after 5pm, park at own risks but hotel will ask for details of car plate number,probably to help identify clients car if any inconvenience ever occur.
