"Love it place!!! Very convenient! Just 5 mins walk to Gaya Street. Although the hotel does not come with parking but, there are plenty off street parking available! Parking free on Sunday. Other day, you can pay the parking via Sabah Parking App. Very cheap and easy. Just don’t stay in room ending with 05 or 06 due to facing backside of the building. Can be very noisy in the morning. Please I remind you, buy the fried banana fritters beside this Hotel. Omg, so delicious!! I buy them daily. Hahaah"

Love the ambiance of the lobby and the room. The lobby smells great too.
They have their own cafe however as of this writing it's under renovation.
Location- for those who will stay indoors most of the time this is ideal. However, if you wish to visit night markets and other tourist spot, you can book their other branch near gaya street.
Easy to get grab, fare range from 5myr-15myr to malls , gaya street, jesselton quay etc.
Plus points to all the staff who are very attentive to your concerns, they are one chat away. Very generous also in providing bottled water"

"The team at the Lounge club are friendly esp Felicia Petrus, hospitable and helpful & Isacc too.
Room is comfy but they forgot to refill the shower gel & coffee tea in the room.

"Rooms are clean. Room is nice and spacious. Facilities like the gym and pool are sufficient. Buffet breakfast was as expected as well. Basically a you pay for what you get kind of place.
If you’re the type of traveler that likes to enjoy the hotel amenities and just chill there then this is a good place to go to.
Has a very nice Chinese seafood restaurant located behind the hotel. Also for supper you could head to the fried chicken fast food restaurant behind the hotel too which is open 24 hours.
Parking is free for guests who are staying."

Although it looks like an old hotel with outdated wallpapers, but we love the staff is very attentive to our requests, basic amenities were enough inclusive of pantry items. "Environment: The location is close to the pier, but you need to take a taxi (2-5 MYR) to reach the famous restaurants. The street is super noisy! ! ! Noisy all day long ❗ Especially not suitable for people who have trouble sleeping, and the beach cannot be photographed in the apartment
Service: Fully self-service, you can use the housekeeper's WeChat in advance, pick up the key on the 32nd floor, and then put it back after checking out. If you misremember your luggage, you will be charged.
Facilities: Average, the bed sheets and sofas are stained with blood.
There is an infinity swimming pool on the 7th floor"

GGuest UserI visited the hotel with my parents, my wife and my daughter. We stayed for four nights, checking in on 3rd May and checked out on the 7th.
This is actually my second time visiting this hotel, the first time being 30 years ago, again with my parents. I had great memories as a kid so I was looking forward to this trip.
The First night was great, had dinner at Coco Joe's and rested after a long trip.
The Second day was fantastic, breakfast and dinner and Cafe Tutu, met a lovely dining lady named Rohana. During the day, we enjoyed the great activities of the Leisure Center. Friendly staff from there made the experience children friendly. And the icing of the dessert - the sunset parade, Jamie loves it. Housekeeping did a surprise heartwarming job, covering the lion doll of my daughter with a little towel on the pillow, very cute and thoughtful move.
The Third Day we went out to town so didn't stay much time in the hotel.
The Fourth Day, was quite disappointing to be honest. Housekeeping did not arrive in the morning when we were out playing at the pool. I understand as there are many rooms to take care of. We went back to the room to rest between 2-4pm, switch on the ”Do not disturb” button, and somehow housekeeping team arrived so they put a card to say they could not clean as we put up the do not disturb button. Fair enough, but again, there was five hours in the morning which they could clean the room.
Leaving the room again at 4pm for activities, I called service center for housekeeping, switched off the ”Do not disturb” button and went out. We returned at 7:45pm, still there was no housekeeping. Frustrated, I called the service center again requesting for housekeeping, they replied they will check and follow up with housekeeping. Half an hour later, still no one turned up. Extremely irritated, I called service center for housekeeping again. This time, housekeeping finally arrived but our whole family were waiting for clean towels to have shower.
VERY disappointing with the effecitivness of housekeeping and service center on this incident.
On that very same day, I discovered a big crockcroach in the toilet, so I do have a big quetion mark on the housekeeping of this hotel.
The day was worsen when we had dinner at Coco Joe's, where we wait for nearly an hour (from 6pm to 6:53pm) before we get all our food served. I did complain it to the manager when he came by, which he did apologise and waived our dining fee. Despite my disgrunt towards the long waiting time of the dishes, I would like to give credit on the manager (I think his name is Mr Kan?) in terms of how he managed the complaint.
Overall, the experience is mixed. With friendly staff at leisure center + Cafe Tutu, good food but unreasonably long waiting time at Coco Joe's, and disappointing housekeeping after the heartwarming performance on the second day. The hardware of the hotel is great (view, pool design, restaurant seating) but our experience was mainly affected by the staff. On this ocassions, I would like to give commendation to the following staff: Rohana, Majid (both from Cafe Tutu), all staff from Leisure Centre (especially the two ladies and two gentleman hosting water polo and volleyball respectively), and Kan from Coco Joe's on complaint management.
Please keep up on the good work you already have, and work hard on things that requires improvement:)

GGuest UserNice hotel with a very good location. Close to Gaya street where there are many eateries and where the wkend market is located. Next to the iconic round about and the sea front.
The hotel may have been look dated, but the rooms looks to have been refurbished since last stayed here.
Rooms is spacious and bed is comfortable. No issue with cleanliness. Didn't use any of the facilities as we just stayed a night before heading out to KK park. Good value for money.

OOn cloud 9The hotel smells good. The room is spacious with plenty of chair to sit. They provide basic amenities. Checkin and checkout process was smooth.
The only minor is the bed is in front of the door. So it’s not comfortable to sleep.

GGuest UserHotel recently renovated in 2024 but for some reason carpet is still old. They were unable to fulfill our request for a king bed but help us merge the single beds (after a few reminders). Breakfast spread was good, location is near airport and walking distance to the newest mall in KK (Imago). Did not get to use the gym as it was under renovation, have to go down a staircase to get to the pool. Pool was nice and clean but the staircase to access to the pool had a musty smell.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hotel itself is beautiful with clean and comfortable rooms. What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful service. they helped me arrange a birthday cake in advance and even gave me a free room upgrade. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
