Good hotel.Jotel been well upgraded. Look new. Reception frarah excellant. Meet director of room Bernard, amazing guy and wealth of knowledge, humble and good public relation. Room 830 only issue was TV all the channel need to adjust or fix screen not clear (running line).Young Bell boy with spetical amazing(selfie photo) . Good knowledge on local area.. I love your rain shower wonderfully cold water shower the best among other hotels. Did not have any photos A I am return guest. See you soon.

I thinks, this is the best hotel ever in Kk if u wish to have good price come with great facilities. The room we got soo good. Very spacious and got fridge, kitchen even. Hot water is good with big bathroom too. The food for breakfast also very good. The staff there so helpfull. Might stay/come back to this hotel.

I have never stayed as good as 5 stars hotel such this Hyatt Regency in KK. Starting from reception, buttler, and front desk- all are so good in order. The receptionist who check me in was very helpful. The room perfect. Hot water is good, room is very spacefull and stunning. The decorations are just perfect, migh be Merry Chritsmas is coming. Just next time, maybe i will stay sea view. Better as have great view of KK ocean view.

Stayed two nights in a seaview room. Room was clean, mattress and pillows fresh and comfortable, and the view was outstanding. Food and service at the hotel restaurant Cafe Boleh and the poolside restaurant was good. We had thin-crust pizza by the pool both days. Only disappointment, Cafe Boleh ran out of fish for ”fish and chips” on the 2nd day when we tried to order it for dinner.

The Borneo Beach Villa is an unbeatable spot for a nice calm vacation. The beach is just beautiful although you fill find plastic stuff here and there. For younger (and older) children it’s perfect since the waterline is flat and you can walk easily 30-50 meters into the water. The waves are nice. there is no lifeguard on duty but you don't need one. Don’t expect a new hotel for this price. We had nice beach front villa at the southern end of the site. At low tide you could walk the stays directly into the water, at high tide you need to go to the beach 100-200m. The sunset is beautiful. Hotel location would be 10 of 5 stars! Make sure your Grab app works so you can order food since the restaurant is quite pricy for the offerings. Also getting away with a taxi will need some time and Grab. Go shopping and bring your own snacks and drinks upfront to enjoy the evenings. The breakfast is okay for the 3 days we stayed there but lacks some variety. They have a nice egg station for omelette and other things. You are in nature so you need to be prepared for mosquitoes, sandflies and a cockroach here and there. But this is nothing which is really dramatic and can happen at the best places. We had all required sprays and used them when necessary. Some outdoor mosquito smoke lamps can also be useful. Overall the family was very happy about our time there. The house is older but all items were functional. In case of support the technician was there in 15-30 minutes. For the low price it’s a good place with a wonderful beach but if you don’t want to compromise quality furnishings or need nightlife this is not a suitable spot.

The hotel hardware is super good. Clean, new, classy. Service is good too except there are some communication breakdowns between concierge and housekeeping. Breakfast is excellent, with vast variety of food choice. Location is good too close to shopping malls but not the perfectly central location in the city and not close to beach. Overall its a wonderful stay.

Second time here and all I can say is the management seriously needs to do sth about the rooms condition and facilities. Eg.change the door handles, hinges, chairs, dirty bathroom silicone, uneven wall paint, noisy old aircond compressor, old and sad looking restaurants, etc. Even though they ”refurbished” the rooms, but small details and some in-room amenities are still lacking and old. If you are going to spend money to give your rooms a face-lift, make sure it's a proper one and not a half botched one. Having said that, Duty manager Christina did try her best to accommodate our family by changing to a better condition room, so I will still give some stars for the service. Nexus has so much potential that if managed properly, I can say it would do better than the other resort in the area.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to local attractions. I also enjoyed the relaxing pool area, which added to the overall charm. Quite old hotel and smaller than in the photo. Air conditioner also quite old and no cover ..full of dust. No coffee or mineral water and no shampoo provided. Very basic facilities / hotel , just good for stay for a night before move to other part or Sabah. Not sweet for a long holiday.
