A great location hotel where it direct connect & easy access to Suria Sabah Mall from level 1. Staffs are gentle, the only weakness is soundproofing is poor, can even heard next door is switching on off for the light, hair dryer sound... Etc. Breakfast is simple and nice.

Clean & well maintain hotel. It’s full of overseas tourist, so happened bung with the big group tourist when check in. Noisy sound and no places to sit down while awaiting my room. Luckily there is a Starbucks next door to escape. Gentle advise to avoid the check out timing during check in. 😁😄
Meantime thanks to Noveera at reception counter on her professional service.

Hotel is convenient. It has an entrance door which h can be directly going to the shopping mall. The view of the swimming pool is very beautiful. The staff are nice and helpful. We shall choose again when coming to KK next time

Overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and convenient access to local attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-maintained, offering a good level of comfort.
However, I did encounter an issue with the shower temperature, which was difficult to adjust. It took some time to find a comfortable setting, which was a bit frustrating. Aside from this, my stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend the Grandis Hotel to others visiting Kota Kinabalu.

Horrible breakfast which limited and slow refill even waited for almost 20minutes for a simple dish.. Very much disappointed on the breakfast which was not up to the standard of 4 stars hotel

This hotel located in very good location. Very clean and no weird smell from the carpet. Toilet so big c/w bathtub. My family quiet happy stay here for 2 nights. Only foods for breakfast and dinner should be more improve from the taste and varity especially for spicy foods. Overall we are satisfied. Thank you Grandis Hotel make our holiday comfort and happy.

The venue is within the Suria shopping mall. Hotel is nice just that the Aircon is not working well. It's always too hot.

The room spaces in the hotel were quite spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There was also a small sitting area with a desk, which was convenient for getting work done. Overall, I was satisfied with the size and layout of the room.

The view from the hotel is ruined by the building site next door but it is reasonably priced for the area. Service was one of the poorest I’ve had in Malaysia apart from Gulam (Matt) who was a massive help for us to get to places we wanted to see. The staff at the upstairs pool didn’t want to be there and weren’t interested in serving, a smile is free and short snappy sentences don’t help in this industry- maybe some retraining is needed if this place wants to compete with the nearby luxury hotels. The express laundry service was difficult to arrange and I felt like I was putting a burden on them even though that’s their job.
The breakfast was okay without being outstanding - again, the people making the breakfast looked like they were there because they needed to be.
Without Gulam (Matt), this review would look a lot worse. This guy should be in charge of customer service lessons for this hotel.
The room was clean and big but the view started straight into a brick wall of a loading bay.
There aren’t maybe pictures as there wasn’t much worthy of taking one.
