Price: USD17/ night. Fair price
Location is good and strategic.
Nearby Likas Square where u can purchase things.
However, since it became 'serviced apartments', no coffee and no water provided. Not even a water dispenser the whole block. Even airbnb provides drinking water. Not suitable for long stay.

The room was okay. Just like other comments have mentioned, it was quite dusty. I particularly hope that they can clean the hairdryer if not other facilities. I had a rather comfortable stay with my earplugs with me. However, the room was extremely humid. Switching the A/C to dehumidifying mode didn't help anything at all. The staff were very friendly. The location was far from city center but close to the sea. One can take a walk at the seaside along with many other local joggers.
